She is confused +++++ I lost 5lb she looked at me with suspicion!!!! Maybe she did not i am prone to over exaggerate....she did give me the smile, I mumbled bloody virus just can't shift it....then spent 12 hours and did not eat a thing!!!!! Felt sick, but sure it was only because I was tired. Xx cuddled up on the sofa Alex and Dylan put the tree up last night (without my permission , and i have to redo!!! But told them I loved!) and have realised I have not eaten for over 24 hrs!! So Alex making me pasta with a creamy cheese sauce x and I have some Lindt when X factor is on!!! Who needs wine x

Did you manage to eat and keep down your pasta and chocadooby? I'll remind of your 'who needs wine' comment once the little one arrives ;-) x
 
3 night shifts over !!!! And don't think I have felt so tired in my life!!!!i prob have, but at this moment in time my tiredness is extreme!! I have 5 nights off now, so not that bad x I have been eating lots of rubbish! All within points, but pure crap!!! Need to try and up the fruit and veg.

Had an appointment with my consultant yesterday evening , I worked with him when he was a junior doctor many a year ago, he was really sweet, and said that Losing this weight is fine, and told me to continue with weight watchers for as long as I can...he said as long as everything is fine he will keep a minimal amount of interest. I am happy as really wanted to go to the local midwife lead unit, rather than Cardiff's main massive hospital!! Hope all ok with everyone x

Insomnia!!!! Really struggling with the night shifts at the mo. Alex keeps nagging me to work days, but I want my maternity pay based on night rate!! It's what I always work so its the principle really!! Alex thinks I am a stubborn fool (secretly he is right!)

Ok exhausted and moody!!!!!! It's Alex Christmas night out!! I have to drop him into Cardiff, and stay awak until silly o'clock to pick him up!!! I have had a chocolate Santa a Lindt one!!!! And that's all, may treat Dylan to a McDonald's on the way home from Cardiff!!! Just weighted in another 4lbs gone!!!! X lucky diff women there tonight, she did not examine card at all.........would love to hand in my tracker next week for today

Breakfast nil vomiting +++++
Lunch a chocolate Santa ??? Pp but looked online 125g of the Lindt easter bunny chocolate r is 19pp!!!!!!!!
Dinner McDonald's!!!! Not sure yet but so fancy a Big Mac and banana shake!! I will compromise have the Big Mac with diet coke. So 13pp

Think a **** day but to tired to care!! X

Slept for 15 hours solid!!!!! I am being mega lazy!!! Think I may have finished Christmas shopping (other than food and drink!!!!!) thank god for www......trying to relax, my ensuite has finally been completed!! And all I can say with the bath is WOW xx

Oh wow that looks lovely! I love bathrooms that are fully titled, they look lush! We've just done ours and painted a feature wall... Looks boutique! x
 
I have full blown flu!!! Despite having flu jab??? Not sure how that works..... Food has been non existent, and to make matters worse my WW leader phoned, she heard I was pregnant!! Bloody typical! That's what you get for living in a welsh valley!!! She was lush, but said I am banished from weigh in on Friday! But she will see me 6 weeks after baby is born!! Oh well. So I don't get to show off another amazing week! (Would love it to be due to my dedication to getting slim! Rather than obscene morning sickness) rather drastic I know!!!
I am worried that when I feel better i will be foolish with the food. I am still going to point! I pay monthly, and am sure she won't have called ww to inform them... So will be doing it alone x I have used 42 pp today 24 of the from fruit juice! I have not kept it down, but apple juice is better than bile coming back up!! Xx
 
oh no i cnt believe she found out u were pregnant!!! i a suprised Weight Watchers dont offer for u to stay on with them and maybe recomend that u try an maintain or something shame but the way ur going when u go back after baby is born u will have lost loads of weight!!

sorry to hear ur not well huni! carl gets the flu jab and is always so poorly after gettin it lol! make sure u and baby get lots of rest
