Hi all x well I did the dreaded dead and back up to 17st8lbs!!!!! I just come back from a 2 week holiday in Italy and it was pasta, pizza, ice-cream hevan x

So good up see you all x Sarah have you got a diary now?? X

No food in the house so breakfast a banana and peppermint tea!! I am of to havester for lunch, not the best for my first day. I need to either join online or see if I can do it alone, I have all the info from before x
 
Whereabouts did you go to in Italy? We are thinking of doing Italy or France next year

You'll get the weight off no problem at all. At least you didn't it all back on ;-) x

Harvester print their Calories on the Menu so if you want a rough PP idea, just divide by 40. X

We went to Lampedusa in Sicily!!! It was stunning, we stayed with friends of Alex's family so much easier with all of the baby stuff we had to take!! X it was lovely there amazing beaches x amazing food (too nice) x

She is nearly 5 months old!!! Scary!! She is not sitting up by herself yet, takes some cushions etc etc but she is smiling. I think the mad amount of hair she owns makes her look older!! X
 
Worked out I am on 40pp, went shopping after harvester so Cupboard full of healthy things.

Breakfast 0pp (mornings are insane now but will try for breakfast tomorrow)

Lunch simply chicken 14pp I only had 1/2 the potato, but did have salad with blue cheese sauce, I made sure the salad only consisted of things that are zero pp and will use 4pp for the sauce. So 18pp

Dinner is going to be chicken breast 4pp warburtons thin 4pp salad 0pp mayo 2pp Dunn river Caribbean everyday seasoning ?? No nutritional values on, only going to use a small amount so will go with 1pp?? And 30g ww grated cheese 2pp so total 13pp that comes to 31pp leaving me 9 pp for treats or some supper if hungry later.

I have not long finished breast feeding, so I have had the odd glass of red. Trying to not drink as much as I used to, as I would norm use the entire 49pp on alcohol!!

It's nice to be back on track, and controlling what food I put in my mouth again. I found an old ww journal not used so this will be my best friend for the next 12 weeks!! X I need to get back into my smaller clothes for Christmas x

Fantastic Choices at Harvester Sweetie :) Great Willpower! I'd say 0pp for the Seasoning, I never pp my seasonings, ever! Hope u have some yummy treats to use 9pp on? X
 
It's lovely to have you back! I'll be heading to Harvister tomorrow as I'm not back up north until Wednesday evening x
 
It's great to be back!! Shocked myself how quickly I let myself get back to eating all the bad things! Only positive I have nipped it in the bud before it got totally out of hand......

I did check the ingredients on the seasoning and there was no sugars etc etc do agree prob 0pp!! So that leaves me with 10pp I am going to use 3pp for 1/2 a pint of skimmed milk, and add 2 pkts of fudge drinking choc so that's another 2 pp and have with a ww sponge cake for 3pp!!! Not hungry at the mo but looking forward to 9pm yum yum

Ok slight change!! Not having milky hot choc as I have just discovered beanies flavoured coffee!!! Drinking an amaretto almond flavour and I am in love!! A tiny dash of milk 2 sweeteners and it's heaven x god how small things please x
 
Woke up an hour earlier today, determined to have breakfast!! Then took Mali for a walk to the coop a mile there and back on a lovely river side path. But now I am starving!! I think having breakfast must def get my metabolism going, as if I skip I never feel hungry. Had a massive mug of my coffee, and some water, want hold of with lunch until later, tonight I have to take Dylan to football training and won't be back until 7.30pm so need to space out my meals x this is what I love about weight watchers tonight when in after I sort Mali out with bed I so won't feel like cooking, but as long as I point there is nothing I can't have !! X
 
Your daughter is absolutly beautiful x I find that with breakfast too i used to never eat it but since on ww i have it every day and def find i am much more hungry by lunch. It is great doing ww as you can have anything you like as long as you point it
