Well I cannot get weighed yet. The bathroom floor had to be ripped up due to a leak. I tried weighing downstairs, but each time I positioned it I got a different weight!!!
Not sure how to get round this really. I will not be going near a Boots, so cannot get weighed there. I am considering using the Wii fit, but not sure how accurate it is?! I'm a bit frustrated to say the least!!
Anyway no point stressing about it.

I have had a pretty good week. Only 1 more run to do then I complete C25k!! I will probably do that 2moro.
I am having pizza for tea tonight, so this morning I had to exercise until I burnt enough cals to cover it. It only took 90 mins, so not too bad. I will certainly appreciate the effort when I am eating it guilt free. :)
Monday is the start of our hols, so need to get organised today and start packing!!!!

Enjoy your pizza hun, you deffo deserve it with all the exercise you put in. 25K is amazing, I wish I was that motivated.

Where you going on your hols??......and can I come? LOL ;)
 
Pizza was so nice! I went over on my cals as I couldn't resist the cheesy garlic bread. I am exercising twice today though so I'm sure I will make up for it. My friend is coming over this morning to exercise with me and we normally burn around 700 cals. Then I am going for a 5k run with my sister this afternoon. This run is bit of a practice for our Race for Life in two weeks! So I am hoping I can burn 1000 cal's today. No idea what I will use the exercise cals on though! :)

We are only going to Blackpool, but we thought my daughter would love it, she's almost 2 1/2 now. We are planning to go to the zoo, donkeys on the beach, swimming etc. So I'm sure she will love it.

Well I managed to burn 1000 cals!
It took me 2 hrs 19 mins.
I did 54 mins on the treadmill and 1hr 25 mins on bike.
Now my problem is what to eat....!! Oh what a problem to have :)
Also did my last run on C25k :)

Blackpool sounds great. A proper English seaside holiday, your daughter will love it, and I bet you do too. Anyone for a donkey ride??? :D

I am thinking of setting myself an exercise challenge like you did. (not as energetic mind). I think its great to have a goal to work towards like the C25k. Mine would be walking though, not sure how far or how long yet. Any ideas?

Maybe you could get a pedometer and challenge yourself to doing 10'000 steps a day. Or walking so many miles a week?
I found setting targets each week really helped to motivate myself.
 
Or you could do c25k but do slow walk and for the run parts a fast walk. The man telling you what to do is very motivating !

Thanks. Is it a DVD then? I didn't realise that, just assumed it was a personal challenge. Can you tell me the details please? :)

Thanks hun. Think Im going to definitley set myself some sort of challenge. I work well with targets, and I just feel I need a purpose to my exercise, if you know what I mean. :)
 
It's an iPod / I phone app. Google it or do an app search and you will find it. If you don't have an I pod then you could just look up the info and make notes and time yourself. Once you see what it is it will make more sense! Promise!
 
Well I am back from my hols. I had a really good time, infact I had too much of a good time. So going on the scales in the morning to see how many pounds I have put on. I'm not going to be too hard on myself as I know I will make up for it very soon. I shall be exercising in the morning and putting together a very strict exercise plan for the next few weeks. I will get to goal, I will, I will...!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
You will get to goal hun, you know you will. You are so dedicated to this and you work your socks off when it comes to exercise. Don't be to hard on yourself.

Glad you had a nice time, and Im glad you let the diet go while you were away. Its good for you sometimes :D

Now go and get all that holiday washing done!!!! :eek:
