Shazzabir CC Journey to 9st!

I finally managed to get a full nights sleep last night!! I was walking around like a zombie yesterday, so tired!! Hopefully my little girl will now sleep through again.
I did manage to squeeze a run in yesterday morning, but I am still doing a bit of comfort eating. Hopefully now I am more refreshed I will have more energy and motivation to get back on plan.

Glad you got some sleep :)

Well got up at 4.00am to go for my run today, mad I know!!!
Jumped on the scales to find I have put on 1.5lb. Not a surprise, but will make sure I lose it for next week. I feel much better for exercising and getting more sleep, so feel this week will be a better one. Also going for a long run this w/e, so should burn lots of cals :)

You really are mad! I'm seriously impressed, especially after your lack of sleep lately. 1.5lbs will be off in no time at all!

I have not had the best w/e and now kicking myself!!! I did exercise yesterday ( 30 min run, 60 min cycle), but overall my choices have not been good.
I am struggling to stay within my cals each day unless I exercise. So now considering going back to daily exercise again, time permitting.

Maybe exercising everyday is what works for you. I know before you have said that you don't feel right unless you get a run in everyday. Give it a try and see how you feel, you will work out whats best for you. xx

I have had a really stressful week at work and have been suffering from toothache, period pains and now picked up a cold, so not feeling my best. :)
I did a 10k at the w/e and a 5k on Tues, but that's all I have managed. So my loss was 1/4lb this week. Not too bothered, as it could easily have been a gain!
Still planning to run 11k 2moro though.
Hopefully the w/e will be a nice relaxing one.

Aww hun. Hope all the pain is gone soon! Toothache is just the worst!

Seems a while since I last posted.

My loss on Friday was 2lb, so back to 2lbs til I get to goal.
I ran 7.5 miles yesterday, so making good progress. This actually meant I ran 21 miles last week. I did squeeze in 4 runs though.
Food wise doing well. Running every other day helps me stay within cals though.
My exercise plan for this week will be:

Mon - Rest
Tue - 4 mile run
Wed - Rest
Thu - 4 mile run
Fri - Rest
Sat - 8 mile run
Sun - Rest

It is my dads 70th birthday party on Saturday, but I am also working (I only work 1 w/e a year), so if I don't find the time to fit my run in on Sat, then I will not be drinking on Sat night, so I can run Sun. Will be a shame, but running needs to come before alcohol.........OMG what a huge change in attitude!!!!!!

Wow, love your mindset. Running before alcohol!! If anyone can do that, it's you hun. :)

I got weighed Thursday morning weighed 124.5lb. I then did a 7.5 mile run.
Today I weigh 126.5lb.......!!!!! How can that be? How can I have put on 2lb??

I am getting so frustrated, I just want to reach goal once and for all. Maybe my body says that's as low as your going to get. Could the running be effecting my weight???
I know anyone reading this will say I am been ridiculous and should be grateful I only weigh 126lb.
I have worked so hard to achieve this goal though and I see it as a goal I have not completed, not what the numbers represent. Once I hit goal I can move on to something else. :-(

Don't be disheartened, it's probably the running, and your muscles retain water after you workout! :)
You're doing brilliantly and are so near your goal and doing all the right things that it can't be true weight.
I've been maintaining now since June, and my weight was 146 at that time. It went down to 141 and now I'm up to 149. The reason for this is body pump which I've added to my cardio workouts in the last couple of months so have put on muscle weight. The scales say I'm heavier but my figure has improved so that's a positive result I say! :)
Get the tape measure out and keep track of your measurements instead. The scales can be torturous for us women!
Remember how far you've come and that you are leading an active and healthy life! :)
Who knows, by the time you read this the scales could be saying something different again! :-D

I'm with Claire. Get the tape measure out hun, there is bound to be a change.

You are doing AMAZINGLY, I really look up to you and everything you do. You have an wondeful attitude to all this and I admire that. You are bound to be frustrated, but look how far you have come and what you have achieved. :)

Lot's of love xxx

Keep going hun! You WILL get there! :)

I agree, it's probably the run. Those will disappear I'm sure. I have weird days where I gain mysterious lbs, sometimes they last all week and it's really hard not to get down about them but you can't. you'll get there soon :)

Thanks for your lovely comments guys :)

Feeling really poorly at the moment, so no running all w/e.......ggrrr!!!
Don't even feel up to going to work, but got an important meeting I need to get to.
Needless to say the comfort food is out. I will deal with that side when I feel better though.

I have set myself a couple of goals to achieve before the end of the year:

1- Get to goal
2- Run 10 miles

Get well soon hun!
