:) it's so exciting! I see you and now bostik too running running running and how good your losses are and it makes me want to try it lol I need to stop the procrastination and just DO IT ;)

I wish I weighed in yesterday, I have put on 1.5lb since yesterday!!!
It doesn't feel right weighing in on a Sat, so going back to Friday next week.

This w/e is going to consist of as much exercise as I can fit in. I have set myself a target of 1500 cals for Sat & Sun. It is a lot for me to achieve, but I can do it!!
I am out for a family meal tonight. I have chosen my meal, but not sure how good I will be alcohol wise. So figured if I hit my 1500 target it wont really matter.

What's the 1.5lbs from last night? If you get that exercise in you'll be fine I'm sure!
 
I randomly shot up on the scale today too! Must be a thing about Saturdays! Enjoy your meal!

Maybe I shouldn't tell my body when it's weigh day, then it wouldn't know when to suddenly put a lb on!! Lol

I have done my first 200 cals on my bike. Just had a bacon sandwich, then going for a 7 mile run when I have digested it. So far so good :)
 
Plenty of exercise will definitley help you get to goal. No idea why you shot up 1.5lbs though. Bizzare!! Maybe your body was in protest and really, really likes being weighed on Fridays. :)

Yesterday was almost a good day. I ran 6.2 miles outside, so very pleased about that (Silverstone here I come!), I chose healthy options at the pub and only had 2 glasses of wine!!
Then I came home........spotted the Baileys and it went from good to bad! Decided it would be a good idea if I finished the bottle....mmmmm!!!!
Ended up going over by 330 cals!!! Oh well, at least it will stop me looking at it every time I go in the fridge!!

Once my headache goes....!!, I will be doing some exercise, I burnt 832 yesterday, so have 668 to burn today.
I am thinking a Zumba dvd and doing 45 mins on the exercise bike.
 
330 cals isn't that much so don't worry about it, at least the baileys temptation is gone now! 6.2 miles is fantastic, especially outside!
 
Amazing run Shaz. Like Caroline said 330 isn't too bad. It's gone now, so you can stay on the straight and narrow from now on. Good luck with the exercise today, sounds fantastic :) xx
 
Haha. Dunno how you do zumba. I have no coordination like that lol
 
Woke up with a poxy cold.....gggrrrr!!!! Typical, get my running sorted, now will have to wait for this cold to go......gggrrrr!!

My w/e was not too bad, did go over a bit yesterday, but not by too much. Today is a new day and will be very strict to make up for my w/e.
I didn't hit my 1500 cals goal, but I think the run outside really took it out of me. My energy levels were very low yesterday, so only did 30 mins zumba. Figured I should listen to my body and not my head.

My plan for the week (cold dependant)

Today - rest
Tues - 60 mins bike
Wed - 5 mile run
Thu - 60 min bike
Fri - zumba
Sat - 7 mile run (outside)
Sun - rest

So as you can see, no time for colds!
 
Revising my plan, as it's all cardio and no strength:

Today - rest
Tues - 30 mins bike & 25 min kettlebell
Wed - 5 mile run
Thu - 30 min bike & 25 min kettlebell
Fri - zumba
Sat - 7 mile run (outside)
Sun - 50 sits up & 25 min kettlebell

May restart kettleworx as I struggle to put a routine together myself, but I was going to wait until I got to goal before restarting, as it does tend to stall my weight loss. Will keep an eye on the scales.
Strength training is good for my running though and that's probably where my focus needs to be. I only have 48 days until Silverstone!!!

You really don't do well with colds do you, you seem to get them a lot. Maybe it's worth having a chat with your doctor about ways to boost your immune system?
