Woke up with a poxy cold.....gggrrrr!!!! Typical, get my running sorted, now will have to wait for this cold to go......gggrrrr!!
My w/e was not too bad, did go over a bit yesterday, but not by too much. Today is a new day and will be very strict to make up for my w/e.
I didn't hit my 1500 cals goal, but I think the run outside really took it out of me. My energy levels were very low yesterday, so only did 30 mins zumba. Figured I should listen to my body and not my head.
My plan for the week (cold dependant)
Today - rest
Tues - 60 mins bike
Wed - 5 mile run
Thu - 60 min bike
Fri - zumba
Sat - 7 mile run (outside)
Sun - rest
So as you can see, no time for colds!
