Woke up with same headache I went to sleep with! On the upside nothing like a quick scale peak to cheer you up lol -3lbs day 1 gotta be happy with that

It will pass muffy hopefully sooner rather than later! Another upside is I'm really thirsty! Been up just over an hour and nearly had a litre of water!

I don't know if I can do this! I need to lose 4 stone and I know it would be only 16 weeks but the thought of no food for 16 weeks is driving me nuts! I'm craving anything and everything!

Had another peak this morning and I'm now -7lbs since Monday I'm really happy with that although im feeling kinda lonely typing to myself where's everyone gone!!
