shells last run!

I'm just a bit low cos it seems what I'm losing in my first week some people are losing in days!
 
9lb in a week? That's epic! :) I'm looking at about 6 - not as much as some other people but what other diet would give us losses like this? :) you're doing fab!

I know your right hun and it may even be 10 by weigh in I think it's because I havnt got the 12 stone to lose anymore just the last 3 1/2 lol
 
Finally managed to "borrow" MY laptop off my daughter and update my ticker lol
 
Just bought myself some curly hair extensions for my valentines night out 16th feb well excited now lol
 
Glad it's going well shell and 9lbs is great :)

First official weigh in -11lbs am feeling better about that than 8lbs lol!

2l water down no hunger and just cooked tea and didn't pick! Funny how a big loss can motivate you lol ;)
 
3l water done and all three packs! I'm so all over this diet! The fat will not win this time!!
 
I'm doing good even tho my mum caused a huge argument I still didn't reach for the food :D
