Morning all....hope everyone is doing well! Not going to go into how many weeks this has taken me but I have now lost total of 24lbs!!! Yay!!! Lost cheat weight plus 2lbs extra.

That is it now, no more messing around.

Well another week done and dusted and another 2lbs off. I have had a full TS week but also had TOTM so could be water retention....still pleased with loss!!

Hi all, weighed in yesterday and lost another 2.5 lbs...yay!!!!

Reached mini goal of 12st 11lbs, well just under at 12st 10.5lbs but what's half a pound between friends x

Half a pound off on weigh in on Tuesday. Not bad as had a day off on Saturday but not happy. I would love to see 4 or 5lbs off next week....here's wishing x
