Your food diary looks really good. You are sticking to plan well. You can check your syns on the forum here, or use the syn calculator on the slimming world website if you have access (you know for sauces and stuff)
Thankyou, i'm a bit worried i won't lose this week. Just feel like i am not eating healthy enough and too much food. I guess only time will tell.
I never measured the sauces, just guessed. I'm pretty sure i was well within the allowance though.
