My scales only do round 1lbs. I think it would drive me crazy if it did Oz too. Have a great day!
Thanks Jen! I've attempted this diet several times since last September (I think 4 times in total excluding this one.)
Only time I successfully stay on for several weeks, I ran out of time as it was my wedding and then money issues meant simply couldn't afford to do it and wasn't very sensible in that mean time. I want this to be the last time I do it to shift bulk of weight. Weird saying it but as it stands, I am only just 3st overweight according to BMI.
If I reach my first mini goal, I will only be 1st 10lbs overweight. I know I keep going on and on about my mini goals but they are so important to help break up the bigger picture.
Ultimately I want to get right down to 8st 5lbs.
That's more for fluctuation reasons. I don't want to stop at 10st and then add a few pounds and constantly be in-between normal and overweight.
I've set all my weight loss trackers to my first goal as not to feel underwhelmed by my losses. I'm 50% done and only 1st 3.6lbs to go til I reach it! With about 8 weeks to achieve! But allowing for christmas!
I only do oz too as my scales are in kgs and I have to convert it to stones and pounds. I think the oz make the difference to me.
I'm quite a slow loser but I think that's better because I feel like for me it will stay off easier and my body has a chance to catch up. Saggy enough in places don't need anymore!
Will be ordering some body wraps soon to use in stomach.

Showed a loss of 0.7lbs this morning - creeping so close to 12s - 1lb to go! Can't wait.
Your doing so well! I haven't lost anything recently. I've been having a couple of scrambled eggs for my tea but two packs in the day. Trying to boost my body into loosing. Got to one of this stages too where I'm struggling with water because I'm soo cold! But at least my new job keeps me busy busy! Xx
Did yesterday 100% and it showed today - 0.7lbs down today, only 1lb until I am in the 12s.
Went into town and picked up a size 14 dress not sure if it'll be my Christmas dress but very nice anyways so I really hope it fits nicely in a few weeks. Going to try it on and see how far it gets and how far it has left to go! Wish me luck!
Have a nice relaxed day, kids are back to school/nursery and I have independent study today so no lecture.
Might do another all chocolate shake day - chocolate is my favourite now, used to hate it. Funny how much it changes.

So used to these last few years trying to draw less attention to myself because of my weight when I'm out so I guess that's part of it. I'm so surprised I'm so close - it's really motivating, plenty of time left to get down to 11st 12lbs if I stay focused.
Banana was my favourite too but my tastes have began to change! Luckily I don't just buy all of one flavour lol!
How has your day been so far? I'm probably going to study in the evening as I've just been asleep most of the morning - has been very quiet without kids here!
Decided to do some exercise today. Had some egg (totalling 166 cals & no carb) to compensate, have done 10 mins on elliptical trainer and will do another 10 mins when kids have gone to bed.
That will burn off all calories from the egg. Made me feel better, had an achy belly and after exercise was better. When I reach day 50, I am going to do the 30 day squat challenge again so hopefully I can better manage it this time round.
Week 5 weigh in, I am down -6.4lbs! Which I think is great as even considering 2.9lbs of it was my gain from last week, I have lost 3.5lbs on top of that which is great at this point. I'm very happy with it, but bit frustrated I didn't lose that extra 0.4lb to scrape the 12s! So so close!
I'm also in that awkward terriority where my size 16 jeans are getting far too lose but size 14 jeans are still too tight, need a belt for a few weeks ha!
Maybe by tomorrow morning in the 12s?

arty0011: woweeee that's a fantastic loss well done. It goes to show the odd protein here and there doesn't affect progress. Have you tried a different make of jean? Some are smaller than others.
Wooohoooo size 14.... Oh how I dream. I have never been in primark. Maybe I should take a look. What size do they go up to do you know. Congrats again on your loss. Enjoy the feeling up there on cloud nine !
I'm feeling pretty sick I don't know why but it'll pass. Size 20 in general? Though I think they have a selection of larger stuff I don't know for sure though.
I'm pretty positive that I will be in the 12s by Thursday. I've just realised that in 5 weeks (including 3 days off and some extra bits) I've lost just under 18lbs which isn't as much as others in that time but I've decided to see it coming off slowly as a positive that it will be more likely to stay off and it's still better than calorie counting because I'm very bad at sticking to that sort stuff for weight loss - definitely something more for maintenance.
You weigh a heck of a lot less than some of us. I think your weight loss is amazing! I might have a poke around in primark next time I'm at the metro centre. I'm not a good shopper. Zero patience. I love Exante for shifting the weight. At least I know it's fat being burnt not muscle which I can't afford to lose.
And yeah that's true, want the fat gone not muscle. I am determined to shift most of the weight by the end of January - I'd love to be in the 10s by then. I'd hope I could change plans then for a few weeks til March and then maybe a little more TSing before my brothers wedding in May.
I'm excited to tell my friends about my weight loss after Christmas. My family knows what I'm doing and other people know 'I'm trying to lose a bit' but I'll love being able to say I've lost 2st 7lb when they tell me I look smaller

I'm finally in the 12s! Huzzah! Today will be a good day I know it - though I converted it wrong to start with - it's 12st 13.2lbs not 12st 13.4lbs. I know it's only 0.2lb difference but every bit counts!
Now only 1st 1.2lbs to go til first target goal and I definitely think that is achievable in 7 weeks!
I'm quite surprised that I managed to lose 1.1lbs overnight. Seems to going a bit smoother now - I can't wait to get under 80kgs!
