Chat anyone? I'm a bit bored - Gary's away to the gym. I could walk the dog and clean the kitchen floor but I'll do that later. Anyone up for a gossip?

xoxo

Mins every time - I need therapy 'n here is the place to get it! Haha! ;)

Noticed the mornings are getting lighter when I'm out walking Smudge. By 6.40 it's practically daytime ....... summer's headed this way. :D

Snowdrops are so cute and Daffys popping through already. Trees are starting to bud too. Yay!

Weigh In tonight..........

Hark at you, all full of spring talk!! I love any sign of summer coming as hate winter. I think i'm one of those SAD people (you know, you hate winter), as just long for a bit of sun. My screensaver at work is always an exotic beach. Everyone always thinks that's where my next holiday is!! Just booked flight to Spain for girlie holiday (8 of us), for 5 nights in June!! Then 2 weeks Portugal in summer with family - wahay bring on the summer.

Good luck on your wi

Haha - don't you worry about banging on about summer on my page, that's what it's here for. Everybody welcome to harp on about anything or join in with my harping. That's the whole point innit? LOL.

Anyhoo, have you been to Portugal before? I've been several times but haven't been back in about 8 years. I like it - better than Spain. People are nicer too.

I love the signs of summer coming too, which is why I spoke about it. I've noticed small differences in the early morning (6am) when I'm out with my dog. By 6.45 it's nearly daylight - it's great!

We're off to Tenerife at Easter for a week and then Cyprus for two at the end of August! Cannot wait - I'm exhausted!

Lost 3lbs tonight - I'm so chuffed. Got my 5%. Woo hoo! :D

Going for out for lunch today. Meeting a friend. We're doing Indian! Just looked at the eating out guide! Oh my giddy aunt! Why are Indian people not obese? A main course is practically my whole days allowance! So, anybody any suggestions what to eat that is low in points? Dreading this now. Should have just done Weatherspoons.......... maybe I'll suggest it. x

Hi,
You could have a bigger portion of chicken tandoori or chicken tikka plus big salad. I know my examples are not as yummy as korma or byriani:) but definitely will cost you less in points!
Have a good time:)

wow sherry 3lbs! you must be well chuffed :)

i think the tandoori and tikka idea is a good one of you cant wrangle out of the indian x

you should do your speciality.. zero point soup for the rest of the day LOL :D

well done on your 3lbs.. AND your 3.5 from last week.. wow, almost half a stone in two weeks how amazing is that?! :D xxx

Well done Sherry - :p You're steaming on ahead!!:D

I hope to have a good loss next week what with all my faffing about!!

Well done on the 3lbs you are doing so well

Chicken tikka is the way to go with Indian but you're right its an expensive points meal

Enjoy it though

Aww, thanks everyone for your comments about my amazing 3lbs loss this week. I'm so chuffed. Looks like Scale Hoppers aren't up to much in the thread so I'm not feeling it from my team this week. Hope they're all okay? Not like them - normally full of gusto.

However.....lunch. I was v.good. I had Chicken pakora to start and then I was full! Can you believe it? Normally would give a burly Desperate Dan a run for his money in Cow Pie but after three piddly Pakora I was bursting at the seams! Hilarious.

Then I chose a tomato based South Indian Garlic dish and it made my toes curl 'n my eyes roll! Was so nice but I only ate the chicken and a tomato with a spoon of Mushroom pilau 'n a wee chunk of Naan 'n two glasses of diet Irn Bru. Finished. I didn't even mop up any sauce or lick the plate clean! Haha. I do think however that lunchtime portions are not as big as evening ones but for £5.95 each it was well worth the money! And coffee after. The owner knows my friend quite well and served us Tia Maria coffees but I had the car 'n didn't drink mine. Was lush though. So - anybody any ideas how much points that would be? I haven't a baldy clue!.

xoxo

BTW - blackwidow - zero points soup made yesterday and at the ready! ;) Guess what I'm having for tea? LOL. xx
