Yikes, could you get a tin of something, don't know like beans, spaghetti or perhaps a WW meal, would that be lower in syns?

I forgot I always carry a tin of chick pea Dahl and a pkt savoury rice!
When I say I always carry it... I mean in my work food bag! Not in a clutch on a night out!
 
Well week two and I gained 3lb!!

Hardly surprising but I am a bit hacked off with myself.
Yesterday I was battling a migraine all day so ordered a takeaway, so another bad day.

Today is better, I've had egg and ham salad, followed by a big bowl of cherries and strawbs with mullerlight yogurt.

Tonight tea is
Aubergine and spinach Dahl
SW Korma
Boiled Rice.
