had bar for breakfast, small McD's for lunch and then bowl of olives and 4 x bottles of beer!
but back on it again today ish!
bar for breakfast at the station, a piece of toast for lunch (I have not had a slice of bread for months) but I want to go for a long run tomorrow and need a few extra carbs
