Shrinking Shrimpy...

86alpzzyj- Fruit is the BEST part of this diet, being able to eat tonnes of the stuff and it being fully acceptable, nay, encouraged! I love blueberries, but having a blackberry and raspberry week (superspeeds too :D) Sorry to hear of that nasty cherries, did you bring them back to the shop? Hope you have a good day at work tomorrow!

A lazy saturday for me- got up at 2pm!!!!! (but did go bed very late- 6:45am). Went to the cinema, shared a coke zero and ate my 1st snack. I went to see Scott Pilgrim vs The World and loved every second! :)

Today's intake:

Breakfast:
Pear (while waiting for breakfast)
SW Fry-up- 2x Joe's Garlic & herb sausage, 2x bacon, 1/4 tin baked beans, 2 eggs scrambled, mushrooms, 1 slice WW Wholemeal bread (0.5HexB)

Snack:
Apple, banana, Alpen light (1/2 HexB)

Dinner:
Smoked Salmon pasta - smoked salmon, salmon fillet, broccoli, spring onion, courgette, herbs, salt & pepper
Dessert: Pear and blackcurrant covered in fat free fromage frais

Evening Snack Chaos:
1 Cadbury Dead Head 2.0
Mini Oreos 6.0
3 mini Flumps 1.5
1 mikado 0.5
Total Syns: 10.0


Drinks:
3 coffees (with splenda and HexA 250ml ss milk)
2.0 litres Water
0.5 litre Coke Zero
1 peppermint tea

Last day before I go back to work after the 6 weeks holidays. I'm not exactly sure how I feel, I think I probably should have spent more time OUT of school, but hey ho!

Anyway for my final day of freedom (well sleep-ins) I have consumed:

Breakfast:
Banana
2 joe's sausages (had to be eaten- such a hardship)
Slice of WW wholemeal bread 3.0

Snack, before the gym:
apple

Dinner:
Burger, wedges and coleslaw- SW style!
(Extra lean beef mince, onions- burger. Coleslaw- tomato, carrot, cabbage, FF fromage frais, 1/2tbsp helmans lighter than light mayo 0.5. Served on a wholemeal bap (57g HEXB), lettuce, tomato and bacon with wedges (potato, frylight, cajun herbs).

Snack: strawberries (3 huge strawbs!)

HexA: 250ml milk which I will drink in a latte in the bath with a 25g packet of caramel snack a jacks 5.0 OR a Fibre Plus bar (5.5 syns) not sure which yet! :)

Total syns: either 8.5 or 9.0!

Drinks:
1 black coffee at breakfast
1.5 litres Water


Oh well, bath and bedtime for me, school tomorrow!

Crazy Creamy Pasta (OH's name for it)
Pasta, bacon, mushroom, onions, extra lean beef mince, garlic, fat free fromage frais

After Swimming Snack:
Coffee with Splenda and finishing HExA Milk

I love weetabix for school breakfasts so EASY and yummy! I have commented on your diary. :) No worries, just reread and you'll get there! :)
 
It's going good, just got bored of writing it in two places! Lost 2.5 lbs last week meaning I am almost there, only 17lbs to target!!!!!

Hoping to hit it by xmas!
