Morning hun! Well I haven't got out of bed yet, so I'm doing my relaxing now before the onslaught :)

Hello. We all need a bit of a moan sometimes don't we! So don't worry. You had a gain, but you know that you can get rid of it in no time. Your meals always sound delicious :) as someone else said you've been through a lot lately so it's totally understandable you're not going to be feeling 100 percent.

The food plan so far...

Breakfast:

None - I didn't get out of bed until nearly 12, haha!

Lunch:

Wholemeal toast (HexB)
Scrambled egg made with 50ml milk (part HexA)
BBQ beans

Supper:

Aldi hunters chicken topped with extra cheese (remaining HexA + 1.5 syns)
Mushrooms
Tinned tomatoes
SW wedges
Sweet chilli and mayo dip - 2.5 syns

Snacks and drinks:

Banana
Apple
Grapes
Alcohol - 40 syns, oops!

Supper:

Aldi hunters chicken, sliced and warmed with cheese on a wholemeal bread sandwich (HexA + HexB + 1.5 syns)
BBQ beef mugshot

Snacks and drinks:

Muller orange yoghurt with chocolate sprinkles
Muller banana and custard yoghurt with a sliced banana
2 boiled eggs
