Sian's 2015 restart - time to shift the weight once and for all!

It's been a good SW day today...no picking, no naughty syns jumping into my mouth. Wooo! Haha! I know it's only day 1, but it's a start :) xx

Well done - was it Confucius who said every great journey starts with a single step - and I think day 1 of getting back on the wagon is a big step - if ur anything like me ur breaking well formed habits of many years and that's tough.

As Texty says we need to tackle things 1 day at a time (says me who usually sticks up fancy (or shd that be fantasy?) weight loss charts on my fridge - only to break them by week 2 at the latest!! That is until I found Minis and all u lovely ppl!

Afternoon ladies! Well I had a lovely time with my friend today. She'd made a SW-friendly spaghetti bolognese, so that was lovely. Bless her. I also had a slice of garlic bread, oops!

Morning all! Just about :rolleyes: I've surfaced after my night out...4 hours sleep again. Not good! I need to stop drinking diet coke, it keeps me awake all night.

35 syns of alcohol...lots of syns, bit still manageable.

The thought of working with him for any length of time is just depressing. So I'm not on the best of moods tonight I have to say :( I'm also a bit tired as I didn't sleep well. Never mind, I'll try to have an early night.

Hi - u did well to stay on plan with a tough day back after the hol - hope things will settle down with the new twit - work's difficult enough without having plonker in the mix (thank goodness they're usually in the minority!!)
