Sian's 2015 restart - time to shift the weight once and for all!

It doesn't seem to be showing on the scales though...they're showing 2lb up from last week :( I know I don't weigh until Fridays though, so there's time for that to change, but I'll be gutted if I put on 2lb as I've been so good this week (for me!) xx

My scales are still showing a 2lb gain this morning :( Normally by this morning I have some indication of what the scales will say tomorrow morning, so I'm not a happy bunny today! :(
 
It'll go by tomorrow!!! Mine weren't looking good at all....but then I was pleasantly surprised :) don't worry yourself about it. Plenty of water and superfree....you're doing great!!!!! X

There definitely is a point though. Are you sure you eat enough though? There's days I look at your food diary and think I'd have starved on only that! xx

Honestly hun, my portion sizes are quite sizeable. Probably too big sometimes! I think it's the Welsh cakes catching up with me. Not had a good day today...we had a buffet at work and I ate far too much :eek: Oh well, back on track tomorrow :) xx
 
Saturday 9th February (Red)

Well I put on a pound yesterday as I've already said, so I was a bit gutted about that :( We also had a buffet at work for the end of term, so yesterday was a complete write off :eek: I'm going to have to try to minimise the damage this week with lots of salads and superfree I think! I'm starting the week afresh today though, so fingers crossed :) As I don't know what the syns were yesterday, but I'm going to assume they were very high, I'm not going to total my syns. I'll just try to stick to a minimum for the food, and not drink too much tonight! :)

Today's food diary looks like this:


Breakfast:

Banana
2 clementines

Lunch:

Salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper, beetroot and grapes
40g RF cheddar (HexA1)
Smoked ham
EL salad cream -
1 syn

Supper:

Bacon
SW fried eggs
Mushrooms
Tinned tomatoes
2 x wholemeal toast (HexB1)
EL spread -
2 syns
Ketchup - 1 syn

Snacks:

Apple
2 x alpen light (lemon flavour, yum!) (HexB2)
