Evening all! It's finally Friday, wooo! I've had a good day today...quite productive. I've actually had change to talk to our new head of science properly. Now that he's dropped a lot of the arrogance with us he's actually quite a nice person. Bravado methinks! Thank you all for the messages...I'm a lot more positive about the 1lb now. I know I'm great at dishing out congratulations but can never congratulate myself! Technically, if I hadn't changed scales last week I would have lost 6lb since starting WW 3 weeks ago, but officially it's 4lb. Still over a pound a week, so I'm not going to sniff at that. It's better than a pike in the eye with a sharp stick as my friend would say! I'm just about to make dinner, so I'll pop into all the diaries later xx

I think I probably will. Especially as I just sat down to do something and completely forgot what it was I was going to do
I seriously am getting a bit worried that I'm losing my memory. People keep telling me it's due to all the stress I've had this year, as my memory was always good before this year, but I'm not so sure! xx
I've only been doing WW for 3 weeks so far so I haven't been particularly adventurous yet making the most of being able to have bread and crumpets, lol! Xx
