Sian's 2015 restart - time to shift the weight once and for all!

Aaaarrrggghhhhhhhhh!!!! I've had such a terrible couple of days!! I've completely binged on everything to the point I nearly feel sick...I must have had at least 200 syns easily! :eek: :cry: The worst thing is, I don't even know why I've binged! :eek: There was me hoping for a good week...I'll be lucky not to put about 10lb on this week at this rate!! :(

Aw Sian I think sometimes we just have to have a but of a blowout.

If you draw a line now, and get back on it good and proper and have a few good days under your belt you could head for a maintain this week.

Aaaaarrrggghhhh!!! I'm still having an absolutely horrendous week...I just can't seem to stop filling my face with chocolate, biscuits and cakes, I really don't know what's wrong with me! :cry:

Hugs Sian - I know when I have a bad week, I can not, for the love of god, get back on track until I've stepped on those scales. If that's the case for you, why not plan for the week after WI.

Make sure you do WI, and accept your gain, and then move on with a perfectly planned week! xx
 
I think I'm very much the same as you hun. Mentally I'm already planning for next week, rather than thinking about any of the food that goes into my mouth. I'm fully prepared for the gain on Friday morning - at least I always get on the scales even if I've had a bad week. I'm just really cross with myself that this binge is going to take me even further away from my goal. I really am c**p at all this!

Friday 15th March (Red)

Evening ladies! Well as expected I gained this week...1.5lb. I was expecting it to be a lot more though, so I've drawn a line and I'm determined to have a good week this week! I can't have a much worse one anyway, lol! :)

Today's food plan was as follows:

Breakfast:

2 tiny bananas
2 clementines

Lunch:

Savoury rice
Mushrooms
Ham
Grapes

Supper:

Chicken and vegetable soup
3 slices wholemeal bread (1.5 HexB)
EL spread - 2 syns
60g RF cheddar (1.5 HexA)

Snacks and drinks:

DE caramel coffee (remaining HexA)
Shape 0% strawberry yoghurt
Nectarine

Holiday was fab hardly any signal & not much Internet so it was nice !!!
Fab I need to do my food shop tomorrow to stock up not got much in !!!
 
Hi Sian, well done for drawing a line under it and moving on. If we all knew why we are sometimes compelled to overeat, when rationally we know we don't want to, then none of us would need to be here! Have a good week and that small gain will come straight back off xxx
 
Thanks hun...and well done on your loss! You had a really fab week...I do pop in to diaries to have a nose, I'm just rubbish at posting! :) The app on my phone only seems to work about 20% of the time, so I get frustrated with it, lol! xx

Well today's the day...super Saturday in the 2013 Six Nations!!! No offence to all you English peeps, but I hope Wales whup your asses today, haha! :D:D I shall be heading out to the pub to watch the match, but I'm going to be a good girl and drink coke during the match., I'll come home then, have my dinner and then go out for the evening. That's the plan anyway, lol! :)

Today's food plan is as follows:

Breakfast:

None - I wasn't hungry today

Lunch:

Toast (HexB)
Spaghetti hoops
Scrambled eggs
SW fried mushrooms

Supper:

Penne
Pork and smoked paprika ragu
14g parmesan (0.5 HexA)

Snacks and drinks:

DE caramel coffee (remaining HexA)
Banana when I got in from my night out (off to polish my halo! ;))
