The food plan so far...


Breakfast:

Banana
Magic porridge (HexB1)

Lunch:

Pasta salad (pasta, tomatoes, spring onions, cucumber, bacon (HexB2), peppers)
60g RF cheddar (1.5 HexA)
Salad cream - 3 syns

Supper:

Sweet potato wedges coated with smoked paprika and garlic
Mushrooms
Fried egg
Baked beans

Snacks and drinks:

Watermelon
Nectarines
Grapes

Right, I've just made my pasta salad for lunch tomorrow, so if I do head off to Tenby I can take that with me to eat. I'ce also cut up a couple of nectarines, and put them in a tub with grapes to take with me. I'm also going to take an apple so that if I get peckish I'll have that to chomp on. Go me! No Mr Whippy shall pass my lips, haha! :D

Afternoon lovelies! Well I'm back from Tenby. I had a fab day...I went over to Caldey Island for a couple of hours and had a wander round everything and took loads of pictures.

I'm also dead chuffed with myself because I stuck to eating my pasta salad (which was scrummy!) and I had my nectarines, an apple, and an enormous slice of watermelon that I bought off a fruit and veg stall. So I avoided all thefish and chip shops, sweet shops, ice cream and tea rooms. Woooo! :D:D

Afternoon lovelies!

It's another glorious day here! I've got to do a bit of work, and some ironing, but other than that it's going to be a quiet day :)

I realised I'd miscalculated my alcohol syns last night, so I have 5 extra syns to play with this week, woooo! :)

I'm trying to have a green week this week...well, I've had 3 green days so far and tomorrow's going to be another. I don't fancy red days, but green days are ok. Does anybody have any good green recipes that don't involve lentils (bleurgh!)?

I'm also going to stick to my scan bran cake for breakfast as that really filled me up last week and stopped me picking. I'm going to make another chocolate orange cake this afternoon, nom nom! :D
