Had a brilliant time thanks hun, ate everything, drank everything and got wi tonight and scales are showing a 2.5lb loss at mo, but I expect that to change dramamtically after my lunch and when i'm dressed...having a nice relaxing day with Mal

The main ones were a Links of London Bracelet with Initial charm, he's still moaning about how much he paid for it but said I am still worth it :giggle:, a new Mobile phone which is so complicated but I'm sure I'll work it out eventually lol, MP3 player, Leather Handbag and purse, various cd's and books smellies, clothes and pj's and other bits n pieces xxx....I know I'm spoilt :8855:

Hey sweetie, I had a fabulous Christmas, Mal did thoroughly spoil me...I totally forgot to add all the lovely stuff he put in my Christmas Stocking in the morning too. So I am going to take it easy this week, going out for a meal and then back to Kelly's for New Year with my stepson his family and some friends, which I am totally looking forward to. xxxxxx:hug99: xxxxxx

So my positves for today,
1) I have a wonderful family who I adore and who obviously adore me and a wonderful hubby who even tho he moans is still the love of my life xx
2) I got told this morning I have amazing boobs....and not by my hubby either, my boobs have always been humungus and are just starting to look shapely again, really made my day that did lol
3) Scales are showing 2.5lb loss, will wait and see what the official result is tonight, but even if they're wrong I doubt they'd be too far off so

Even though I didn't hold back on what I ate over Christmas, I did eat mostly sensible stuff and found I was full really really quickly xxxx

Thanks sweetie, had a fabulous Christmas and really pleased with the loss, while I didn't go mad over xmas I did have a few naughties, but looks like the dancing and walking post and during xmas may well have paid off xxx:hug99:

Today's positives:
Been struggling today to get some positives going in my head as my back is really bad, first time in quite a few months it's been this bad but I will soldier on so:
1) Am able to walk, just, even though my back is really bad, so at least I don't have to shuffle along on my butt
2) Everyone is looking after me and making me comfy, and have all cleaned up nicely today without being asked even ahhh love em xx
3) Have had a few naughties but way within my syns
4) Had a lovely hot bath and feeling a bit better
5) Had a small flair up of my psoriasis but it has settlted again nicely so while it looks bad cos it's flaky it's actually not sore at all xx
