Sick of carrying 2 hitch hikers about, so this is my diary

Hi Lily - hope you don't mind me dropping in but I have read that you do a kettlebell workout - read it on another thread - and I wondered how strenuous it was for feet and ankles. The reason I ask is that I have tendonitis and have been told to rest, but I am missing exercising (used to walk my dogs 2 miles per day and do zumba 5 nights a week, which is all out of the question at the moment) so, I wondered if doing something like this would be a good compromise............what do you think?

Lily is there anyway a non trade person can join Bookers? That is brilliant value! I snickered at the massive breast line too Mumma K :giggle: Have a great Sunday xxx

:8855: unfortunately I can't do anything about my boobs being so gynormous :giggle: and it really does feel that they scuff the carpets if I'm down on my knees lol and secondly I didn't buy the sex toys, but me and mal have had a good laugh with them....I wouldn't go so far as to say they put excitement back into our love life, but they sure have given us a few nights of giggling under the duvet and trying not to wake the house up with our laughing at them :giggle:...maybe I should get you some might stop Gary's snoring :8855: :8855: :8855: xxxxx:hug99:xxxx
sweete dreams :zz: my lovely twin xxxx

  on second thoughts Lily I really like the snoring  :8855: :8855:

Hi Dawn, I was doing Kettleworks but early on dropped the kettle bell on my foot and broke a bone and I have never gone back to it...but I do still use the kettlebells for weight training, if you go onto You tibe there are hundreds of exercises you can do with kettle bells that will probably suit you nicely...if ever I need to find out anything about anything I look on you tube as someone will always have a video of the answer ...sorry I can't be more help xxxx

Not that I know of hun, my daughter has a card cos someone that's in the trade got her their spare, but you don't need a card, if you know someone who is a member as long as you have their membership number they will allow you to go buy from them, that's what we do xxxx

Corkey the chicken breasts are amazing always 20-23 in a bag and it's just under £20 and the breasts are huge between 4 of us we only ever have 2 or 3....unless it's stuffed chicken and then we have 1 each but even then I've never finished a whole one so Mark my SIL usually takes what I leave to work next day. xxxx

OOOHHHh bet that was painful x No worries, will have a look, think I would prefer a workout dvd personally as not sure I am focused or knowledgeable enough to work out my own exercise programme, although I bet my son would love to try (he is training to be a personal trainer, but think he would be too hard on me lolol)

Think I will have another look and buy a cheap one for starters - thanks for the help xx

Morning Lily !!!

Like you I struggle getting round all the diaries. It could fill most of each day if I let it.
It doesn't mean we do not care if we fall behind a little does it ?

Have a great day,

hugs xxxx
