Thank you all for your lovely kind words, I really struggled these last few months to stay on plan, I gained 11.5lbs in that time, but knew if I stuck with it, sooner or later it would all come back and it has, yes I've had losses over the last 3 months, some really brilliant ones, but also had some really bad gains too...but this time it's back and it the excess is going to go now...one good thing in all of this is I can normally put on 7 or 8lb a week that meands over 6 st in 3 months, but I only gained 11.5lbs that's a really big deal to me, means even when i am out of controlI am still able to control it a little....so watch thius space.
To be honest the biggest thing to happen that is keeping me on track is Kelly (my eldest) has set us a challenge and when i say us I mean me, her and 2 other girls from group that have been struggling and the challenge is to be slimmer of the month...not of the group but of us 4 and the winner gets treated to a meal out by the other 3...now to be honest the meal doesn't worry me but the challenge does, I am going to go for it as best as I can every week, I want the title not necessarily the meal lol....and we have decided to do this every month ...what an incentive eh? maybe not a meal every month but something just as interesting, maybe a voucher or something of the sort...I am so excited I could burst.....and talking of bursting....I was initally sworn to secrecy about something that I have now been given permission to discuss, and we are all really excited and very very happy about it.
My baby Kirsty (I say baby cos she's my youngest lol) is going to be a Mummy she is nearly 5 weeks pregnant and baby is due early December, we can't wait we are going to do up our spare bedroom as a nursery for now until they can afford to move out and get a place of their own...so we'll have them here with baby too....this explains Kirsty's outburst last week, I said it was out of character for her ...I suspected she might have been, and we were told last Thursday night....I did laugh they have everything planned even the names they like, although I suspect that they may change but for now it's Amiee Lee for a Girl and Tommy Alan for a boy...love them both.
Well I am off to look at baby things, the next 8 months will go in a flash I'm sure lol

Thank you my lovely twin, I did ponder keeping the news to myself even though we were told oh why not we're not superstitious and we want to shout it from the roof tops anyway, so I thought aww what the heck lol......we did the ring on a piece of cotton test tonight, even though I think it's a little early, and it said girl....I do hope so, Kirsty wants a girl, Mark wants a boy ...Kelly and Gill were the first ones in my family to give birth to a boy for over 40 years, everyone had girls, and it seems to be a long trend of girls...on the other hand Mark's family are mostly boys, very strange how that worked out....I personally don't really mind which it is as long as it's healthy, I am now over the shock and am really excited lol...oh I nearly forgot, Kirsty and Mark have decided NOT to find out the sex of the baby, they want it to be a complete surprise, so even when we did the ring test we weren't allowed to tell her which was which lol xx
I am on track again, really got my head back where it needs to be and I am over excited that I lost that much when I have had so much in the way of carbs too this week, I was expecting a loss but seriously thought it might be just 1lb, I was over the moon when it said 3lb
just 8.5lb more to get back to my pre christmas weight, I am hoping to have that gone in a few weeks time, I know I said 1lb a week so as not to put too much pressure on me but I am back on it and I want what I can get lolHope you're having a lovely evening sweetie :hug99: xxxx

Aww thank you sweetie...I wasn't at all excited at first, I couldn't get past the fact that my baby was no longer a baby but going to be a Mummy, but a week later and I am over excited now....I hate wishing time away but roll on December the 3rd ...ish lol hope it's the 4th, same day as mine and mal's wedding anniversary

Thank you sweetie, for the first time ever I think, I didn't weigh before I went to group and I was totally in the dark about my loss, I thought I might lose a lb but 3 is phenomenal, I am so happy, excited and overjoyed.
I also think that finding out about the baby is keeping me focused, I missed out on doing a lot of things with the others, when they were tiny, it's really my only regret, but that's not going to happen again, the excitement is brimming over everyday, I don't know how long it will be before we all come down off this cloud that we're floating on, but I'm happy to stay here as long as we can lol
Plus the challenge Kelly has set it's all come at just the right time to get me back on this wagon ....no way am I coming off it again, I've superglued my butt to it :giggle: xxx:hug99: xxx
Thank you sweetie, it really is very exciting news, Kelly (no1 daughter) actually jumped up and screamed when she found out, although she is an auntie to her half and step brother and sisters children, this weill be her 1st full blood niece or nephew as Kirsty is her only full blood sibling and while they are all very close, her and Kirsty are much closer than the rest...I will pass on all your lovely messages and wishes to Kirsty and Mark xxx:hug99: xxx
