Sick of carrying 2 hitch hikers about, so this is my diary

Think I might have some babybel light later as my HEa xx

Family is what happened, you can pick your friends but not your family, more's the shame
and by family I don't mean my hubby or my girls and their family, I mean the extended ones, shame they can't be a bit more extended, like to outer space lol ...but I am not going to dwell on them hun , they are sad people with nothing better to do than to criticise others

More importantly, how are you today hun, feeling a bit better I hope ((( big hugs ))) xxx

I'm so bunged up, i hate it!

And i sympathise with you in regards to the extended family! Hope everything settles down for you x

Not going to let them get under my skin hun, they managed to upset me yesterday and I spent the day thinking and writing them a letter, it really helped get it out my system and the good thing is I am 1000% certain they will be in no doubt as to how I feel lol


Ah bless you, I hate that too, I swear by either vick or Karvol capsules on a tissue or hanky, really helps, my skin is too sensitive for me to put anything on it to breath in but I always carry a hanky with either of those 2 when i have a bunged up nose ....hope you're feeling better real soon hun xxx
 
Been really busy the last 2 days, having a really good clear out and I am exhausted.
Had 2 really good days food wise, well within my syns ...used 11 syns yesterday and 9 so far today, going to make myself an options and go to bed, got the family coming over tomorrow for Father's day so need some really good shut eye...night folks sweet dreams all :zz: xxxxxxxxxxx
 
Ok back on track after my naughty crappy weekend lol....
Breakfast was some gorgeous fruit and yoghurt with 2 weetabix (HEb) and coffee 1.5 syns
Lunch my usual chunky minestrone soup followed by more scrummy fruit
Tea is Pizza topped chicken 2.5 syns for the cheesewith new potatoes and loads of gorgeous veg0 syns
Supper will be 71g Philadelphia light (HEa) and 3 Ryvita 4.5 syns and an Alpen Bar 3 syns
Total for the day 11.5 syns
WI tomorrow night, hoping for 3lb I put on last week plus at least 1lb, had a sneaky look on scales this morning and they say 5lb but we all know that can change in a few hours, so fingers crossed xxx

BF: 2 Weetabix (HEb), Milk (HEa) Banana, Strawberries, Kiwi and Coffee 1.5 SYNS

LUNCH : Minestrone Soup, Nectarine, 2 Plums , Cherries & Pint of Water and another Banana


Dinner: 2x Morrisons 60% fat free sausages 1 syn, 2 x Poached eggs, 2 x slices of Warburtons wholemeal bread from 400g loaf 6 syns, Mushrooms, tomatoes (tinned and fresh), baked beans, 200g McCain Chunky Homefries 4 syns followed by lots of delicious fruit, Nectarine, cherries, blueberries, Strawberries.

Total syns for the day 11.5

Did 1hr and 15 mins of exercise and drank another 2 pints of water, will have another pint of water at bedtime .

Am totally bloated and loving my 3lb weight loss this week xx

Dinner: Chicken, Cabbage, Butternut Squash, Carrots all stir fried with 1/4 tbsp Sesame oil 1.5 syns and Linguine and 25ml Sherry 2 syns, followed by fruit salad and yoghurt

Total for today = 9 syns

Hey hun, didn't get back till really late last night and was way too tired to come and fill in my diary, the evening was great and we had a gorgeous Kedgeree with a nice salad and followed that with a yummy fruit salad and some jelly, (my friend from Australia sends me some wonderful jellies, flavours that we don't have here), I can't remember if I had the Mango and Orange or Mango and Passion fruit jelly or I might even have had both lol all I know is it was delicious lol ...so here is my food list for yesterday :

BF: 42g Honey Weetabix mini's, HEb + 3 syns, Yoghurt and strawberries

Lunch: Spicy Sausage Soup yumm yumm yummy and a bag of Ryvita mini's 6 syns and strawberries and cherries

Dinner : Smoked Haddock and Prawn Kedgeree with a huge salad and followed with fresh fruit salad and sugar free jelly

Supper: Bag of Ryvita mini's 4 syns with a yoghurt and more cherries and 2 x babybel (HEa)

+ 2 tablespoons semi skimmed milk for tea 1/2 syn



Total for day = 13.5 syns

Did 1 1/4 hours on wii fit and drank 3 pints of water plus other sugar free soda's

Lunch: Minestrone soup followed by banana and orange and pint of water

Dinner: Shepherds pie, with Green beans and mixed beans , followed by mixed fruit salad yum yum and another pint of water

Supper: 2 x Babybel (HEa) 2 x shape zero yoghurt's and ryvita mini's 4 syns

Total for the day 8.5 syns + Alpen light 3 syns = 11.5 syns

Dinner: 200g Homefries 4 syns, a massive salad ...lettuce, onion, radish, cucumber, peppers, beetroot, onions and spring onions, with smoked chicken
Cherries, plums, orange, banana and melon

did an hour on wii sports and sweated buckets lol drank 4 pints of water and 3 pints pepsi zero

Total syns for day = 8.5

Thank you hun, like the title of my diary says, these hitch hikers need to be gone and I am sick of carrying them about, so unlike in the past when I have sat on my big butt and done nothing about my weight except moan about it, I am now doing everything I can to get it off asap or sooner lol so hopefully tomorrow the WI scales will be kind to me ..fingers crossed xxx

Dinner : A gorgeous yummy Chicken Dhansak with a big salad and 1 poppadom 2.5 syns and 1tbsp Mango Chutney 1.5 syns
Followed by ff yoghurt 2 x plums, cherries and an orange

Supper: 2 x Babybel (hea) ryvta minis 4 syns

Total syns for the day = 9.5
