Already done 7k on my exercise bike this morning. Will try and do another 5k tonight. Really want that Body Magic Platinum!
 
Feeling much stronger in myself today. Snapping out of the woe lol Had a naughty treat last night. Pringles. One is NEVER enough! Not sure how many syns and I really dont want to know. I dread knowing. Better off leaving that alone and moving on to today, 100% SW!

Yeah I have syn free gravy normally using stock but ran out so good old fashioned granules will have to do for today :)
 
Yeah it's ok. I make a lot of casseroles this time of year and always have used stock for that so dont really notice that much of a difference. Plus if you spice it up with some herbs it has a lot more flavour :)
 
That's a great idea, I never thought of using it for making casserole :) these forums r great for giving you new ideas, keeps ya interested :) :)

It sure does :) I get more ideas and motivation online than I do at group. Im seriously thinking about not going to a weekly WI once my countdown finishes, just scared I will fall back into bad habits

D: Extra lean mince, onion, stock, lots of herbs, garlic, carrot. All mixed together and simmered for hour and half on the hob, serve with green beans and spouts. Cant wait!

Naughty treat of the day. Went to Utopia Cafe this evening and had a very nice and no doubt highly synned Hot chocolate. Not sure how many syns they are. I did look at the Costa Hot Chocolates and they are 12 syns! Totally worth it. Didnt have any other syns today so its all good :)

5 miles walk today. Just about to do 5k on my exercise bike.

Siggy! You have a food diary! Why didn't you say, I could have been chatting to you for the last 2 weeks! Needless to say I will be able to follow your progress now.
i am much like you - losing 2 and gaining 1 every week for the last 12 weeks. This half a stone has been a nightmare and has really really got me down! Hopefully I have done enough to get the award next Tuesday.

Hi Anju! Lovely to see you here. I didn't think to tell anyone about this diary lol I only have a small brain cell :p

I lost 2lbs at group this morning. Really happy with that. 1.5 away from 6 stone eeek. I am gutted ive only lost 5.5 lbs thoughout the whole of November though. But to be fair I have been on and off plan so much lately. I go all week being good then blow it over the weekends. Totally focused today and will be 100% until christmas now. Really want to get my 6.5 stone award before the end of the year! How did you do this week Anju? Do you get weighed at group? xx

Hi Sggy, well done on the loss. you are really going great guns at the moment.

I weigh in at group, but am stuck. I have hit a brick wall and have manaed to lose 5lb over the last 12 weeks - which is awful as I ha been trying. Ben varying up the plans- red days, success express, speed food and still dont seemto be getting anywhere fast!

What did you do to get past this stage? Am seriously considering giving fast foward a go next week if I dont get a good loss xx
 
I havent heard about fast forward? Is it like success express?
I was chatting to my consultant today about the slowing down and she said that its totally normal for weightloss to slow down like it has for us and that its just our bodies adjusting to such a huge change in a short space of time. I really hope this true. Are you losing inches still? I measure myself every other week and still managed to lose an inch here and there when I havent lost a thing on the scales. I find that so bizarre. It's really hard some days. I just wanna eat chocolate all day long but cant lol Hang in there hun. Don't give up :)
Stepping up the exercise regime has certainly helped keep me on track. I have been walking just about everywhere every day. Im challenging myself to walk at least 5 miles everyday. I have managed it so far on the week days but as it's getting colder its harder so have been going to the gym but I dont enjoy the treadmill as much as I first did. The novelty wore off really quickly. I much prefer walking outside. I miss summer! xx :)
 
thanks for that Siggy. My C is as much use as a chocolate teapot! So much so, that I ave been looking at other SW groups in the area and am considering moving.
I am exercising about 3 times a week - aquafit x 2 and some resitance training with gym balls. the weather is too cold and dark for me to go out and walk at the moment.

Fast Forward is plan that is similar to WW. it has points calcualted for your weight and then a booklet with meals, snacks, breakfasts, etc in it and you eat your points worth. It is really restrictive but you can lose up to 7lbs in a week. I think a lot of people cannot cope with the small meals and the lack of snacking between meals. I am going to ask for the plan as I have a clear week next week to try it. I may decide not to do it once I see the booklet properly though xx
 
Oh right i see lol I feel the same about my group. I love my consultant but I do have issues with the way the group is run sometimes. Maybe its me being too fussy. Who knows!
