Siggy Piggy's Food

OMG! I havent been here for weeks! Have been having a really bad time lately. Not wanting to go into detail but all im gonna say is that I am back on plan now. Finally. I gained 10 lbs over christmas and new year. I lost 10 lbs the following week and have stayed the same since. So technically ive not lost a damn thing since before xmas.
Sigh.
In other news, its very very cold!

Today's food:

B: Scrambled Egg, Toast, Baked Beans (heb)
L: Half tin of tuna and mayo with cheese (hea) (1 syn for extra light mayo)
S: Freddo (5.5)
S: Satsuma
D: Chicken with Rice and peas

Have already had 2l of water today. Am so determined to lose this week after staying the same for the last 2 weeks running. SW is really hard for me atm, I keep eating all the wrong things and blowing it.
Have been bang on plan for 5 days solid now. Weigh in is tomorrow!
 
Has a lovely Christmas. Over indulged and put on 11lbs. Thought it would come off as quick, but hasn't! Still gotta keep trying. 10lb loss is amazing - what did you do to get that beauty!
 
Well to be fair, that week I ate like a pig. Didnt follow the plan what so ever and stuffed myself silly over christmas. To be honest, with what I ate I was amazed it was only 10 lbs and not more. However the next week I was bang on it every day 100% with only 5 syns a day. Plus I was doing 10K every night on my exercise bike and walking 5 miles a day to try to repair the damage. I totally went for it but since then have stayed the same and slacking on the exercise already! Still doing 10k every night but that's about it.
Ive signed up for the London to Southend bike ride in July to raise money for British heart foundation so am starting training for that. It's 52 miles and I think it's literally going to kill me haha

You're getting that much closer to the 14s Anju :)

Wow! That is an amazing amount of exercise! Well done! I am now 12lbs away from the 14s :sigh: upped the exercise myself by going to the gym to do a class. Still sticking to EE though. Been hard to cut back on the syns recently, so this week sticking to 7 to see if that improves my losses.
 
Im sticking with EE now too. I kept changing between red and ee and im sure it wasnt helping. Weigh in today at group at 10. If I stay the same yet again this week I am going to be doing SW from home. Waste of money paying to see the same number on the scales week after week. Not counting what i gained and lost at christmas, as it stands now ive only lost half a stone since november. Shocking lol Have a good day Anju :)
 
I stayed the same AGAIN!!!! ARGGGHHH!!!! I could really swear right now but I will keep my dignity and do it in private :p
If I dont lose next week Im gonna have a hissy fit. 3 weeks in a row now. Blooming joke.

Oh no! Poor you! I had my fingers crossed for a loss for you. Have you measured inches recently. Sometimes when we up the exercise the inches go down, but the weight stays the same.
 
Anyway on to the food. Im having a red day so that's two heb's and a's! Whoopie.

B: Cheeky Chocolate and Orange hi-fi bar (Heb1)
L: Small brown roll with ham and philidelphia light and beetroot (heb2 and hea1)
D: Garlic and Herb Roast Chicken breast with lots of Green beans and Sprouts. Using a stock cube for gravy so syn free.

Used the second half of my hea with milk in tea. I have never liked tea but just lately I can't get enough of the stuff.

Snacks: Time out (snack bar) 5 syns and a small packet of quavers (5 syns or 5.5) I can never remember which but either way within my daily 15 allowance.

Total 10 syns for the day.
 
Here is a little pic too. That photo on the top left was taken the day before I joined SW back in April. The one on the right was taken last night. It's my new dress! Going to be wearing that number on Christmas day :)

Oops sorry anju, I didnt see this earlier! Yes, Ive lost 3 inches in the last 3 weeks and I am getting toned in areas. Ive lost another inch and a half off my horrid arms. I used to have bingo wings, they are getting smaller by the day. Seems crazy really. I just want to see a difference on the scales. People tell me all the time to not get hung up on the numbers but when you have 10 stone to lose its hard not to.
 
Congrats on your weight loss so far I was being nosey. I hope I can loose well like you when I start. Sorry to hear your staying the same but hopefully it will pay off soon. X

I am so proud of myself right now. My sister is staying tonight and she has just treated herself to my favourite, a chinese take away. With the chicken balls being the biggest size ive ever seen. My god it smelt good. While she ate, I did 15k on my exercise bike. This would not have happened a few months ago. I never thought it would be possible.

Food for today:

B: Boiled egg with small brown roll (heb)
L: Savoury Rice (1.5 Syns)
D: Jacket Potato with Tuna and Extra light mayo (0.5 syns) and Cheese (hea) With a mountain of Beetroot on the side
S: Cheeky chocolate and Orange Hi-fi bar (6 Syns)

Total Syns 8

I think my sister (had she been on SW) had 100s lol 17.5 syns per serving for the Sweet and Sour Chicken balls and she ate 9 of them and a curry! My mouth was watering while on the bike, haha so funny. I love her.

Thank you ^^^ She stayed over last night and had her leftovers for breakfast while I ate 2 boiled eggs lol I am going to go for it this week and prove that I can lose again!

2 syns for gravy as im out of stock tut.

Im training atm Anju for a 52 mile bike ride for charity so have been doing 10k every day but seeing as the chinese was physically making me want to binge i kept pedalling until she finished lol
