Silver's Diary

Not be long Silver - looking forward to you being with me and Ellie - its around 4 weeks since I got to TW and Im still only dipping my toe in x
 
Welcome back to the cruisin ladies Silver, hope you had an amazing time and you felt it was worth all your hard work...... Only a wee step down the road to get that TW under your too loose belt!! x
 
So yesterday I had a total naughty day...I planned what I wanted to have and my aim was to completely unwind and de-stress after my family's visit. But I may have shot myself in the foot. It made today so much harder to do and as a result today was a bit of a flop. It didn't help that I wasn't prepared for my mini Attack at all. I AM a silly monkey!
My hubby will be watching me like a hawk tomorrow and Sunday so that should help things lol. He's already tossed out the leftover goodies my family left for us, ie cookies and ice-cream :O and I will be bringing the dog for a run tomorrow morning (if my odd pulled muscle disappears)
 
Looking forward to your further updates. Your diary was the first I read when I was thinking about trying the diet, and helped me make my mind up to give it a try! You've done so well :)
 
3.8lbs that is piddly - nothing at all - amazing - back on track - it will be easy as!!!! xxxx
 
I know! :D I'm kinda shocked! I was very good for the first 2 weeks and mildly bad on the third...but the last 3 days were a bit of a free-for-all :p I'm aiming for TW or less by the 29th :) That will give me 3 ish weeks to get comfy in Conso before James's parents come over.

Got up late today. Doing a few PP in a row :)

Breakfast was scrambled eggs and t bacon with my yoghurt and oatbran afterwards. We got up at 12:30 so that was like a brunch :p

Dinner was roast turkey breast with a SF jello pot for dessert.


I've BBQ to go to tomorrow so that should be fun. Our Spanish friends are hosting a European Cup Final BBQ and James and I are going.....and we're supporting Italy! :p James is a fan of most of the Italian city teams and Italy is my favourite country soooo. It should make for an interesting afternoon :)
 
Keep strong Silver - your mind is your strongest tool so use it !!!! This is easy peasy, the cravings will go in a day or so and you will be back into it - if you get hungry offer yourself pure protein - boiled eggs, chicken, ham, beef etc etc and if you don't want them - YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY and your mind is trying to trick you.......... Dig deep honey cos you aint getting off this train soooo close to the next phase!!! OKAY????? And believe me I am shouting when I write in capitals!!! Your have been a total inspiration to tons of people - don't lose sight of your goals - GO FOR IT!!!!! LOLOLOLOL xxxxx
 
Thanks Trudy :eek: You're right of course. Just had a moment of weakness.....well a few days of weakness lol. I've just come back from a Couchto10K session (9.2km) so hopefully that will be the start of the exercise routine :)

Just have to buckle down and keep going
