I just googled "sugar free marshmallows" and quite a few results have come up. I'm going to have to investigate, I have a real craving now! :D
 
Just back from Prometheus. Not too bad. James really enjoyed it.

Breakfast today was yoghurt and oatbran.

Lunch was leftover chicken stir fry.

Dinner was a turkey burger with some NF cheese. Wasn't feeling the best.

Did a Couchto10K session today. My friend joined me and she pushed me to a faster speed...and we skipped 2 days.... I almost died! :p 9.6km! That's an extra 0.4km in 5 less minutes that last time, so very pleased with that :D

With how erractic I've been diet-wise I'm not quite certain what I've been doing in terms of PP/PV so I'm going to do one more PP and then start alternating :)
 
Busy weekend....well at least if felt busy and I'm super tired today :p

Disappointed with myself as there have been some slips. I was discussing with my husband what I should do and if I should stick with Cruise or go to Conso. He pointed out that I'd be more likely to stick to Conso if I could get back into Cruise....so I'm staying with Cruise.
The slips weren't huge and I was pretty strick otherwise so I'll just have to up my game a bit. I'm still pretty disorganised after the family visit so hopefuly I can get myself sorted today. I'm also going to avoid social situations with food involved until I get myself under control.

Was a bit worried when I didn't see any posts for a couple of days - a few slips is not the end of the world, get your ass into gear and in the zone cos lady we know you can do this with ease and you need to finish what you started otherwise you will be back up the scale before you know it - don't do what I have done countless times and regretted more and more every time..... Rootin for you Mrs!!! Tell hubby to be mean to you about it!!!!! LOL! x
 
That's my reasoning too. I know if I don't kick myself up the arse I'll wind up heavier than ever because I will have given up :(

I'm redoing attack again, because to be honest I never actually really did one...Completed one full day yesterday and I have 2 mores days including today. After that it's strict Cruise until TW :)

Tried out a bellydancing class yesterday. Going again this evening. I'm hoping it will help tone my abs :D
 
Come on Ciara we can get back into this......I've had two weeks holidays and I'm just doing few days pp, you've come do far in such a short time onwards and downwards xxx
 
You're so close, just try to focus on how great you'll feel once you reach your goal!

I was a member of the belly dancing society at uni, back then I had a flat stomach....those were the days (hopefully it will return!!). Have fun with the class! :)x
 
Rocked another day of attack! :woohoo: Super proud because I'm also resisting a load of temptation right now :D Poor James lost a quarter final match with one of his footie teams and bought himself some "consolation" food. So I've currently got apple jelly rings, crisps, mini raspberry latice pastries and marshmallows in front of me. And that's where they'll stay :)

Also went to another bellydancing class. It was alot of fun and the intructor said to me afterwards "you've done a bellydancing class before, haven't you?". :bunnydance: Eeeeeeeeee! Ego boost :D

Eeeeeee! Can't tell you how happy I am! It's great! And brilliant motivation!

Today is a PV and I'm so excited to have a salad for lunch. I'm also going to do a roast for dinner hopefully :) I'm having a really good day so far :bunnydance: I was 171lbs this morn. 3lbs from TW :party0011: I may even adjust TW to a lower number if I keep going this well :)
