I have just made pancakes 1ppt on filling and Healthy xx
2 cups of oats
1 and half cups skimmed milk
1tbsp Honey
1 large banana
1/2tsp ground cinnamon
1 and 1/2tsp baking powder
1 egg
Blitz everything apart from and egg in a blender until mixture is smooth then put egg in right at the end and gently mix until incorporated.
Take a hot frying pan and spray with fry light and put approx half a cup of the mixture in the pan flip with a spatula when brown on one side.
Enjoy!! This will make approx 4-6 pancakes which are very filling!!! It's 2ppts for the whole recipe on filling and Healthy
