I'm gonna follow ur example... just had brown mixed seed slimbo for lunch(3) with ltl mayo (0) Ham (1) and 18g light cheddar cheese grated (1) plus 15 frozen grapes (0). I had porridge (5) and strawberries (0) for breakfast and skimmed milk (5). I have 11pp leftover for dinner. Staying at my parents tonight for the party tomorrow so will dip into my weeklies for a glass or 2 of red wine not sure what to have for dinner tonight, might do noodles with chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onion and black bean sauce....
What's the best day to use my weeklies, my weigh in is 6.30 pm on a Wednesday night.
Having a prawn stir fry instead of the chicken, plus a ww yogurt with strawberries and m.nest...plus having red wine from my weeklies

I've used 10 weeklies last night on half a bottle of red wine. I didn't use all my milk allowance so took the 2pp of M&M's from that.
I'm finding it ok so far but I'm only on day 4..... I saw a pic of me on matts phone taken a week b4 the wedding and I'm in a size 8/10 dress and look so slim..it has really motivated me to get back there again. I feel huge at the minute, all my size 14's are tight.
