Sinéad's Weight Loss Journey....

Just added up what i had at the party and it comes to 45 pp roughly, I had 14 dailies and 39 weeklies leftover so im okay, it wasn't as bad as i thought so i still have 8 weeklies left over!!! I don't want to use them just in case i underestimated anything.
only problem is that its my mum's birthday today so that means another cake and more goodies to tempt me tonight as im staying at my parents tonight.
i'm just gonna have to say no, i dont want to be up on the scales on wed night in my first week :(

Maybe you could save a piece of Mums Cake until after WI? It might be nice to split it up anyway, Cake yesterday, couple of days Damage Limitation and then you will have Celebratory Cake (For your fab WI Result) on Wednesday Night :) x

Just had my veg curry and rice. Another cream cake, decided not to bring any to freeze as I think I would eat it at work 2moro before I even got it home to the freezer.... I just ate a tiny sliver from the corner..

It is. There is still loads left BUT I am not having any .... can't believe in my first week I've had 2 birthdays...and its my sisters birthday on Thursday so more cake !!!! At least I will have a new set of weeklies by then. We are going out on the sat night but will try stay sensible on the Coors lights instead of wine. And avoid the chippers afterwards....

Hey Sinead, Sorry for late response, only just got chance to catch up now! Your day sounds fab, I always always use every last gram/ml, it hasn't done me any harm ;-) If I was you and was WI on a Wednesday Night I would make sure I started my new Weeklies Allowance on Thursday Morning and had used them all by close of play Saturday or at the very outside Sunday, that way you have 3 (well pretty much 4) days of Damage Limitation before WI. Only my opinion but its what worked for me with a Friday WI, very rarely use Weeklies Monday-Thursday. X
I agree I use all and I mean every last one of my weeklies on a weekend, I weigh in on a Thursday at 6pm . I tend to really enjoy my weekend, even had Steak n chips on Sunday ( sorry Serena) but I am extra good Mon - thur and it's worked so far :0)

Night before weigh in. Just had dinner, 100g mince with chopped tomatoes and green pepper. Instant mash and cheese. Kinda weird combination but using what's in the press. Pls god I'm down 2moro
