I agree, I think I am worrying for nothing. It DOES work and I can and will do it
Due * week (hopefully, though there is a chance im pregnant oooh gosh!!) and so I'm hungry for sweets, sweets, sweets & chocolate but not done bad considering!
Breakfast, 8am:
1x regular weetabix & 1 x chocolate weetabix (HEB)
Partial HEA (Semi-skimmed milk) allowance
1/2 a farleys rusk (
1.5 syns..my baby is weaning hehe
)
Snack, 11am:
1 x sweet & sour mugshot
1 x banana
Lunch, 2.30pm:
Lowfat supernoodles (chicken & herb)
Large mixed salad with cucumber chunks
1 Tbsp of Very low fat cottage cheese (natural)
100g Chopped sliced wafer thin ham
1 x ww layered yoghurt (0.5 syn)
Dinner, 6.30pm
Co-operative 'Healthy Living' Rogan Josh Sauce - 1/2 jar (4.5 syns)
1/2 a bag of boil in the bag white rice
2 small potatoes worth of SW chips
2 x small chicken breasts, diced.
Drinks:Water, 2l+, 1 x sugar free redbull (naughty!), 2 x mugs green tea. Coffee (this evening) with remainder of HEA and lots of sweetener to keep me going :-/
