Siobhan's weight loss journey - fat to fabulous!

It's funny how one day u can feel so focused and in control but yet the next day u can feel totally helpless :( I'm not even hungry but I'm just craving sugar! I know it's all in my head :( I've realised I'm like a secret eater n when there's nobody home i'm tempted to raid the cupboards/fridge whether it be in boredom etc I've just been to Asda and bought some chicken as a standby to grill if I need to later. It's so annoying as I know it's all in my head!!! pfffft. It doesn't help that I'm in a really foul mood either. Oh well 7 weeks til holiday!! xx

Know exactly how you feel hun, its a long battle with the mind and the mental part of wanting food. You are a lot more focused than me, Keep going xx

This diet defo tests the mind and every emotion possible! Are u feeling better today? Xx
 
Finally managed to shake my mood off a little bit! Gonna take some comparison pics in a bit might put them up later if I'm feeling brave enough! Haha xx

Ok so i've finally taken the plunge and uploaded pics of myself :eek: The 1st and 3rd pic were took on my first day of cambridge weighing 16st 13lbs and pic 2 and 4 were taken today and i'm currently 14st 7lbs. I can't see a drastic difference yet but my clothes are obviously much looser and i'm nearly down 2 dress sizes. I can notice it with the shorts i'm wearing in the pictures as they are much tighter n shorter in the first pics but now they are much looser and sit further down my thighs lol!! Also took a pic of myself in a bikini i have bought for my holiday but i don't know if i'm brave enough to post it yet :confused: ALOT of toning up required!! please be nice! lol xx

Yes hun much better i am eating sensibly til Monday been so good though I am impressed with myself but dont wanna speak too soon xx

Thank u, will be back on s&s on monday seems pointless while i am binging and will be going out all weekend! Keep going because look at ur loss this week! P.s can see diff in ur pics ur legs are smaller and waist is smaller :D xx
 
Siobhan thank you for posting pics, you're doing so well and look amazing. Ive just started the CD today not taken any pics yet as I think it might just depress me. maybe I should so I have something to compare to when I've lost. Keep going, all we need is the willpower and we'll get there. x alison x

Been such a boring afternoon, weather is miserable! Fortunately haven't turned my boredom into eating! Lol just having my shake before work and will have my final bar when I'm home later. Hope you're all having a gd day xx
 
Having an SS+ day before I do any real damage ahhhh!! Weekends are so hard :( xx
 
Trying to keep myself... Well my mind occupied!! Another Saturday night in watching tv fun fun :) not! Cannot wait til holiday!!! Also looking forward to a planned day off in 3 weeks for my best mates birthday :)

the ironing basket is piling high :eek: ( can defo tell my mums on holiday lol) so that shall keep me busy tomorrow! hoping for another 4 or 5lb loss on Monday.

Sometimes feel like I'm talking to myself on here oh well Iol have a gd weekend everyone xx
 
Ironing - done! 2 washings - done! Lol kept me and my mind busy for a bit which I'm glad of!! Now that I've sat down I'm bored again lol I need a new hobbie that doesn't include shopping!! :) anyway having a gd day so far had my cranberry crunch bar, and got a choc shake n peanut bar left to have (I think I live off these products nowadays). Weigh in tomorrow! Fingers crossed for another big number!! xx
 
Think I might copy you gun and do some ironing. Need to keep busy. Day 4 nearly done. Good luck with your weigh in. I'll check in then. Everyone's successes are helping me stay motivated.
 
Watching obese:a year to save my life - what a programme! I'm glad I've never been that big but the weight loss and transformation is inspirational! Can relate to a lot of what they say too xx

How are u getting on? Once this week has passed it will get easier! Thank u! If it's 3 or above I'll be happy :) xx
 
I'm sure you'll get that. So far I've not cheated at all. And stuck to 3 products a day and as much water as I can. But I'm still getting the headaches and hunger pangs. I'm hoping they'll be less by the end of this week.

So far the only products I've had that I don't like are the porridge and tomato soup. The tomato soup was just grim. And I couldn't get the right consistency for the porridge.

Let us know how tomorrow goes. My WI is Thursday morning. Can't wait till then. Thankfully Im at work tomorrow and Tuesday so hopefully I'll be busy.

Keep glugging the water and take some paracetamol for your headaches if the water doesn't help...they'll be gone by next week ;) Yeh i totally went off the tomato soup - i ordered 10 in my first week thinking they would be a safe option - WRONG! lol the chicken and mushroom and veg ones are okish but i can't stomach the soups anymore at all (the worst has got to be potato and leek....yuck!). The apple n cinnamon porridge is the only one ive tried, i had to use the hand blender with it tho coz it was always lumpy, but i've went off the porridge now too. I live on 2 bars and a shake each day.

I will do :) this website is always the first place i come to after weigh in, it's a god send don't think i could live without it now! Gd luck for thursday but i don't think u will need it! Do u have a diary on here? xx
