Morning JUDDDers
A lovely UD today and just had weetabix with banana and raspberries for bf.
I have a wee bit of a dilemma that I'm looking for some advice on... My birthday is on Sunday and I'll no doubt be going out for lunch or dinner or something, it's an UD that day so all is fine. Saturday I have my friend's engagement party so a few drinks will be on the cards( another UD so all good) however my mum has just called and asked to take me out for a birthday lunch tomorrow as she works at the weekend( Friday is a DD) I want to go for lunch but being a DD I think its gonna be tough. I was thinking I'd just try and stick to a salad or something and although I'll prob go over 395 cals I'll do my best to keep my lunch as low cal as poss. What do you guys think? I don't wanna swap my Friday for an UD cos I have a weekend of socialising ahead and need my UDs for then. Half the reason for me coming to JUDD was so I could enjoy social events guilt free! I was sick of dreading these things because they got in the way of my 'diet'
