Size 10 screaming to get out!!

Nothing like an uber cute dog to capture guys attention eh?:D:D:D

Woop woop - one lb off this week. So 9 stone 6 lbs and a miniscule 2 ozs!! Something tells me that had I not had the meal the other night then I'd have seen 9 stone 5 lbs but hey, at least I can change my ticker now.

I'm off to Suffolk today to see a friend hurrah. Sadly though I think this may involve lunch. And that'll have to be on the credit card as well as ruining the diet...! xx

Current BMI at true height 5'5.5" is 21.6.
Exactly one and a half stone lost.
Only 2 lbs to go.
Splendid! :D

Hmmm, I've only lost 5 lbs in the last four weeks but I guess I can't complain as I haven't really followed the diet very strictly!! Bit different from my 16lb loss on the first four weeks *sigh*.

Hey, a loss is a loss and you're so close to goal it is invariably going to be slower. No negative thoughts!! I think you will continue to lose with a your protein meals and bars plan to be honest, you dont want to be wasting money on exante stuff when you could easily be at goal next week.

I am amazed and delighted that Lush do dog shower gel, that is hilarious. Lol. And now I want to go to Lush. If Lush CEO is reading this, please build one in Halifax as I can't be doing with going to Leeds or Manchester every time I need some Lushy goodness. Thank you xxx

Hun you should be so pleased you are so close and yes you haven't exactly been strictly 100% TS ;)
You are so close hun ;) probably good you aren't being too restrictive :)

Heehee, not sure why the Lush CEO would be reading my diet diary Jennie but you never know?!! x

Am grumpy and stressed out with puppy today and me and Boo are having incredibly soul-destroying, tetchy discussions about money so unfortunately feel like eating today :(. I had naughty stuff earlier so could just continue eating for today and draw a line tomorrow.....?? Hmmm. x

Thanks guys. I would have tried to give Taco a hug but he was a bit snappy yesterday after he met my friend's Staffie - I think he got a bit over-excited!! I couldn't take him to puppy class as planned as I didn't even have £4.50 :(. Today is a new day though and I'm making sure I have plenty of things on hand for him to chew/bite that aren't made out of me and we will give the lead training another go in a mo and hope he doesn't turn into a complete loony like yesterday!! The cats gave me a nice cuddle last night though :).

I did in the end have a dark chocolate bar that had been in the fridge for ages, successfully avoided for some time. All things considered though it was better than the huge self-destructive plate of pasta I was considering and it had about the same number of calories as a meal replacement bar . However (food porn alert) I went to my friend's for lunch and we had 2 sultana scones each with whipped cream and strawberry jam with a sloe gin and lemonade- OMG, that was soooooo good. And better than the pub lunch I thought we were going to have (and more to the point, didn't cost me anything). Sadly we have to abandon our idea of going on holibobs this year and spend our returned deposit money on bills instead *sigh*. If only the sun would come out (and stay out!) here then it would properly feel like summer.

Hope everyone else is all over it today and feeling positive xx

One of my friend's is paying about a tenner a class for hers  so mine seems relatively cheap!! Plus it's near a nice pub we can go to afterwards...

Sloe gin is lush. I made myself some the other year but it wasn't as nice as my friend Jo's who does it for every Christmas. It's nice in champagne too!! I have some strawberry wine to make but didn't realise that I needed certain equipment so that'll have to wait until payday, along with everything else...
