your better than me,caculations and me dont get on haha,i dont go to group either so it gets difficult somtimes and you cant always use the 20cal to 1 syn rule can you,not on meat anyway x

Def not. Looking at schwatrz's website- they'd be 2 syns for 10g (which should be 2 tsp- double check the mass on your scales first though!)
