Skinnyjeans - My 50lb to christmas

Didn't have my cereal as I got busy so I'm having hi fi bars later.

I used some syns on a pop tart. Was quite a few but yummy.

My food plan for tomorrow is

Fruit cereal & milk hexa&b

Left over butternut squash soup with added speed

And gammon with baby corn and asparagus

Then tomorrow I need to do some planning as I'm running low. I'm going through a lot of food on this speed plan as I'm not eating much store staples like pasta
 
I can imagine it taking its toll with the amount of fresh food you'll be going through. Sometimes sw can feel expensive in that respect but Ive been trying to buy seasonal (Clementine's are really cheap at the mo) and I went to the local market to stock up- bargains galore! Yum yum pop tarts!


Yeah I'm shopping cheat but I forget my little boy is growing up to he just eats more now but mostly good stuff. He had 3 apricots today.

I dint like to plan sw to far ahead I'm only doing 3 days at a time then replanning so I don't get bored.

I'm on it this time this is my target year

How are you getting on? Your so close are you nailing it this month?
 
I'm gonna try! I've faffed about for so long I need to get it shifted. Wedding in June but hen do etc I need to get under target really. Doing dryathlon which I think will help me massively. Determined to have a 100% month!
good luck you can do it once and for all get that number before hen party x
 
How big are everyone's groups? Ours has 100 ppl in now and there's just no time to do anything but go through ppls figures, we never do taster sessions or anything like that
 
Wow that's loads! There were about 20 in the one I used to go to and it was just right. Sounds like the C needs more time slots or something x

Yeah I think so, I suggested a Saturday and got my head bitten off so think I'll keep quiet lol

Hopefully it'll quieten down ppl might join for jan and not stick at it

Good day for me too ta. Went into uni so have brain frazzle but productive day. How's the assignment coming along?

I've seen ppls pasta and macaroni cheese and I'm jealous. Might not manage 5sp days this week. I'm feeling washed out from all the watery based good but I do feel good

It's not far off done got 2 points left to cover and my words are at minimum so not much to do.
 
I wonder if consultants have been leafleting and that's why its so busy. Oh I haven't had macaroni cheese for ages. Maybe you could do alternate sp days, doing two in a row once a week ie. Mon weds Fri sun? Sounds like you've made good progress, when's it due? I've got references to do :-( worst bit x

Hate referencing I just don't understand it. I do try do them as a go along though.


I've got Saturday as ee as I'm out so I'm having boiled rice so that'll be an ee.
I'll see how I go when I'm back on placement as I'll be on long shifts so not sure sp will cut it but I will see. Just want a bit of a head start for a few weeks make up for my wasting so much time
 
Yes its a pain! I'd just got used to Harvard style when my uni changed to APA :-(
The paper I've written requires a different style together too so its a real headache right now.
I can imagine you'll need to feel satisfied on long shifts but you sound like you're in the game. A good sp boost then don't worry about it too much & end up under pressure- staying on plan is more important :) x

Yes that's the lines I was thinking down, if I need to take pasta for lunch I'm not going to feel bad about it. Working to hard staying on plan.

Usually being at home is my downfall but seems I've cracked that for minute I hope being at placement isn't to hard.

Today's sp food is

Sweet omelette with raspberry
Chicken in mushroom cream sauce with veg
And tea I've not decided yet

Do you know this? I usually wi class Monday which o did this week but I'm pushing my luck to make it on Monday. Normally I'd book a holiday and mess up or I'd weigh in the following Friday leaving it a week and 5 days. I don't want to do that so am I able to weigh in this Friday morning?
Or will the machines go mad because I'll of technically weighed in within the same week even though there's longer between it then doing a Friday on week and a Monday of the next
