Thanks guys, will go into what happened at group but I'm at home on the.phone at the mo so typing is annoying lol. Sticking to beibg 100% this week and hoping it finally catches up.

Thursday EE day:

Breakfast:
2x toast (HEX B)
Baked beans (SS)
Mushrooms (SF/S)
2 eggs in Frylight

Lunch:
Pineapple (SF/S)
Grapes (SF/S)
Mullerlight coconut

Dinner: chicken jalfrezi
Chicken (S)
Chopped toms (SF/S)
Onions (SF/S)
Peppers (SF/S)
Mushrooms (SF/S)
Spinach (SF/S)

Other:
Kit Kat cookies and creme (5.5)
Hot choc with Flump (1.5)
2x Mini scream eggs (5)
300ml of skimmed milk shared across tea and hot choc (HEX A)

Well I'm back at work despite still feeling groggy. Thought all this fruit and veg was supposed to fight illness! Anyway I was very stubborn at weigh in and despite my C trying to tell me 1.5lbs was good, I explained how disheartened I was getting and mentioned Fast Forward. Everyone at group tried to put me off and I said I would try out one more week on normal Food Optimizing and if I didn't get at least 2lbs off I'd try Fast Forward. I just felt like I'd tried every trick in the book last week and nothing came of it. Going to make some soup over the weekend and try and keep my superfree up, however I'm lacking fruit at home at the moment. I'm going out tonight but not drinking and the way I'm feelingI doubt I'd want to anyway. I'm going to go to Curves quick despite feeling ill, and having food and a shower at home, before heading out. Normally on a Friday I literally just go straight out from work and have to grab something out.
Tomorrow me and the other half are off to London. I'm interviewing and reviewing a band in the evening and we're going to the Natural History Museum in the day. We're going to have a big breakfast in the morning and take a sarnie with us, and then dinner will be low syn at Wetherspoons.

Due to falling asleep early last night, I didnt prep anything for today, so here is today's food plan.

Hope you get the 2lb next week then! Fast forward just seems to tight lol but if it'll help kick start you into losing again, then you will get through it. Hope you enjoy London, sounds like a fab day you've got planned :) x
 
I know what you mean about 1.5lbs off being disheartening- especially after a crap month of losses. I feel your pain! Have had bloody sts or +1 or -1 (to take off only the unwarranted gain!) for a month now even though 100% on plan, under synning and 75% off carbs. Last week stuck entirely to Red and it's the only time I've seen a shift (2.5lbs off) so my advice would be to try an entirely carb free week. My body literally wont tollerate rice , pasta or pots anymore :( lost 3st eay on EE and green but then just stopped dead. Nowadays I see pasta/rice as worse for me than a big plate of sweet and sour chicken or choc!

You look amazing! Scrolled right through to your pre-SW and there is duch a big difference! I wish I had more pics of me pre SW but I used to delete them to avoid my weight issue :p you should nab some of the earlier pics and put them side by side with recent ones to admire what an amazing change! :) what size have you slimmed into now? Must have dropped a few??

Morning all, sorry I haven't updated this weekend, been busy and then busy recovering so not really been online. It was all going so well, until last night!
Friday night I went out with my friends and stuck to diet coke all night. Didn't get any food on the way home and still had a great night.
Saturday me and Kieran went up to London for the day. Had a big synfree brekkie before we left and went to the Natural History Museum. Took my hifis and an apple to snack on and then afterwards we grabbed lunch and I got a Subway salad.
Then I did my interview and we went to Wetherspoons but I just wasn't hungry so didn't bother getting anything to eat and stuck to diet coke and water again. I was starving by the time we were heading home but resisted the Paddington food joints.
Due to stupid trains we didn't get back til 2am and with my illness already there, the lack of sleep and cold weather really got to me. I spent nearly all day in bed yesterday, which continued to start well.
I had a big synfree fry up. Nibbled on a few of my choccy treats and planned to make hunters chicken for tea. The boyfriend went off out and something in me just clicked and it all went wrong. I ordered a Papa Johns and although I didn't finish it, I ate a large amount.
Within an hour of finishing it, my stomach was in agony and (Tmi) I spent the rest of the night on the loo. I've woke up this morning with agonising stomach pains and feel like I've burst my stomach its so sore :(

Looks as though my IBS has made me completely intolerant to pizza and if this doesn't put me off my main vice, I don't know what will.

Anyway back on the wagon today, well, when I feel like eating again. Not expecting much Weds now but will just carry on plodding along.

Monday EE day:

Lunch:
Mugshot Mediterranean
Apple (SF/S)
Banana (SF)
Mullerlight banana and custard

Dinner:
Hunters chicken (S) with cheese (HEX A), bacon and BBQ sauce (1)

After a whole week on plan a pizza doesn't seem to terrible!! Pity it absolutely killed you though! I imagine I would be the exact same! I haven't had real pizza since I started this at the end of April but what I wouldn't give for one slice! Hope your tum is feeling better today! x

I'm hoping this has scared me off, at least for a while!
 
To have gone out and had a great nigt with friends without drinking is great though! Whatcaused the sudden switch for pizza?
The bad tummy sounds horrible but may have saved your WI at least! :rolleyes: lolz
I have heard people on here having bad reactions to greasy food they havent eaten in ages... I had two slices of dominoes on Sat and the next day felt so low energy and crappy! Was my first time eating pizza in a year and funnily I didnt enjoy it.as much as the grilled cheese and ketchup on ww wm pitta last night for a pair of HEx's!

Still think it is a big feat that you managed two big days out without the extra syns you'd normally have! Could missig dinner have caused the binge the next

I try and bring (or buy at the station) some fruit (apple/banana) to eat when the hunger does kick in- really helps take the edge off it.
I get a bit manic about preparing for days out as I get really stressed when hungry. :rolleyes:

Something I started doing recently which could be good at stations etc is buying a really basic salad from m&s or wherever is availible (I like this egg and ham one as it has salad cream which I love and isnt too bad for syns, and the salad items are free) then buy a seperate thing of precooked sweet chilli chicken which is like 1 syn at m&s- mix it into the salad and it's SO NICE! Costs about £4.20 if you go for a cheap/basic/reduced salad but def worth it compared to the ones they sell that have like two bits of chicken in. Makes a great red day meal too so can have more cereal bars.
 
Lets hope for another good week! Off to Curves again tonight, despite the fact I feel a cold brewing! Grrr, stupid time of year!

Hi hope you dont mind me popping in. I ran a search on curves and your post popped up. How do you find curves? I am looking for a class that hits the target areas but not sure if it is worth the monthly fee for 3 x 30mins class a week.

Hi Allie, I've not been going a month yet so haven't had any measurements done yet. I will obviously update when I do. I'm not feeling too hopeful though. I haven't been able to go this week as I've been in too much pain with stomach problems but hoping to get back tomorrow :)

Well I've certainly not been able to reel it back in and have I reckon I've undone all my hard work :(
That pizza really did me in. I've been in agony ever since, not been able to take time off work as we're short staffed. I've been too scared to eat anything rich or spicy, so I've kept it really bland but this means a pretty big carb intake.
Also TMI but I haven't you know what since Sunday! I feel more bloated than I normally do on star week and the pain has stopped me going to Curves. So yeh, you could say I've been off plan. Lol.

Was going to bail on group and hide away this week, I even booked holiday but I've manned up and I'll be there. 12 week countdown, free Xmas book and the new book shall be purchased. Soup batch has been made ready for this week's lunches. Just have to wait and see how bad it is and hope I unload (LOL) soon ! x

Iwent to the pharmacist when it first occured and they think I have just pulled a muscle in there so they didnt give me anything but I didnt have this issue then. Will have to get on the old Senokot tonight I think! haha!
 
Dulcolax r really good. That's wot I used initially but seem to be ok now unless I go completely off plan!!!
