Well, 5lbs on was pretty dramatic but I know where I went wrong and like I said, I think a lot of this is due to being bunged up so we'll see what happens. Like Rochelle said, maybe I needed this big gain to get me back onto better losses again. Either way, I could still reach target by the new year and so I'm still going to push for this. I'm up in London both Saturday and Sunday but I've made food plans and Subway salads will be had. No booze will be hardest this week but I won't let it deter me. Anyway, this week's food is a bit repetitive but trying to budget til pay day and keep on track with batches so I have no excuses. I also must confess, I've never measured my milk out unless I'm using it for cereal. I've discovered that the Systema bottle that comes with the lunchbox holds exactly 300ml, so I'm taking this to work now. Think I've actually been having less than I can have so more tea!
