Skulldilocks Food diary

TUESDAY:
Some friends I havent seen in ages have thrown a meal out tonight so I have to go. Luckily they know Im on SW and know Nandos is a good choice so chose there. Going to just have the butterfly chicken with side salad but was hoping to just have soup for dinner tonight as weigh in is tomorrow and I can feel star week looming :( So my diary might seem a bit weird today but its just last minuite panicking.
Br: 2 weetabix with skimmed milk (HEX A HEX B), 2x tea with sweetener
L: Pineapple chunks, Apple, Mullerlight banana, Banana (all free/superfree)
D: Butterfly chicken (3.5 syns) with side salad (superfree)
O: 2.5 litres water, Glass or 2 of diet coke, 2 green tea
Body magic: 30 mins walking
Total syns: 3.5

You never know, you could surprise yourself! You seem to be working very hard; it will pay! =D

Also I wouldn't worry about * week; you've kicked it's butt before and had a huge loss! I am sure you'll do it again.
 
Need to be honest with you all and myself and argh I just cant seem to shake out of this bad thing = bad food psychology Im going through :( Large Subway sort of size cookie and some chicken tikka skewers eaten at lunch
 
I CANT GET BACK ON TRACK :(

Every time I
get a bad feeling about something in my life I go to binge. Anything I
can get my hands on. Its what I used to do before slimming world and
after the last two weeks' of gaining 5lbs in total Ive totally fallen
off. Im genuinely considering not going to weigh in tomorrow because I
dont think I can face another gain. I think I might start doing red days
for the next week. I always find that not taking my wallet out with me
helps but this will be near impossible next week with 4 days up in
London getting trains.

Ergh I just feel
like Ive hit a wall and I cant get out. Thanks to the weather Body magic
has been rubbish too. Ergh I just feel so deflated right now.

For the last two weeks, its got to Tuesday, I've analysed my week and thought "right, well I've sucked but lets get weigh in out the way and then just start again" and thursday starts great and then it all goes downhill. I havent even had social life to blame. I'm just worried as next week I have loads of gigs, which means lots of eating out. then the week after me and the boyfriend are going for a weekend away. I want to lose a big amount before Easter so that I can enjoy myself when we go away (literally over syn on one night nothing major) I dunno I've just totally lost my SW mojo, Ive wasted so much fruit and stuff :(
 
Thats how i got end of last year. I just couldn't get back on it. Maybe its cos you know you're going to go off plan slightly something in the back of your head if just saying "what the hell". You'll get there :)

True. Plus probalems I were having socially - i was starting to calm down about, or they wereimproving and then something else comes up and its before ive managed to get my head back in the game. I dunno, I will go to weigh in but dont know if I will stay for IMAGE I cant face another week of trying to explain myself when its all my fault. Its ruining stuff with my boyfriend too as he supports me and comes to SW (just got to target) and feels as though I throw that support back in his face as I secretly eat when hes not there. I was on such a roll its so weird! x
 
Just take one meal at a time. You can do it Hun.

By the way I think it's amazing you have such a supportive boyfriend and that he does slimming world too. Mine will eat my slimming world meals but then the next night he's ordering a pizza and stuffing his face Infront of me lol xx

No one can tell you how long you'll be feeling like this, the best advice I can give is SW is always going to be there.
You'll find you mojo again; it's just a matter of when. You've done amazing so far; and I really do believe you'll get back on track Lilly.

I wont be staying at IMAGE therapy tonight as I am genuinely too busy to stay. I want to go food shopping, and prep my lunches for the nmext two days so I have no excuse. I've written up a plan to start tomorrow for a RED week. Fingers crossed this serious lack of pasta and rice and potatoes will help. Also, the extra HEXs will mean I can take a sandwich when on the move, which should help me keep on track. Whether or not this will all stick I have no idea. I'll be keeping syns very very low (supposedly) with only one day over 15, due to booze on Friday but it wont be much.

I've quite conveniently lost my debit card, so I have withdrawn a certain amount and will have to budget it for these 4 gigs this weekend. Hopefully that will stop me rushing to Burger King on the way home, Ive only worked out enough for a Subway salad :p x

Thanks hun. He really is and I don't blame him for getting to the end of his tether. some tough love words from him last night have kind of shaken me out of this (I hope). He is so good, he lets me plan the food shopping and then we sit down together and plan our weekly meals, so we always et the same meals. He does funny shifts so he has to eat at work quite a lot but he seems to still focus (and when he doesnt he makes sure its when Im not in view haha!)
He's at target now not that he ever eneded to lose weight really, I just hope now that its free he'll keep doing it with me lol :) x

I LOST! I'm in shock and not only that it was 3.5 lbs!!! :D this is such a fluke and undeserved but it's given me a great motivational push up the arse. Star week beckons so gonna still attempt a red week with a 98% on plan week :)
 
Well done :D I did that the other week, was barely on plan but got one of my biggest losses, it really is strange how our bodies work!

Woohoo thanks Ally. Woke up full of happiness today, hopefully nothing or no one will rain on my parade! Looking forward to my gig tonight and nibbling on my sandwiches rather than crying over Paddington's array of food outlets :D x
