Morning So, as you can see I has a 100% weekend and I'm feeling good On Friday I went to a gig in London and avoided the temptations of station fast food. Saturday me and the other half had a chilled day in and got an Indian. I ordered chicken Dhansak for the first time and really enjoyed it and actually weighed it out too! I was happily surprised to find I could have the whole portion apart from a bit of sauce and felt content without feeling too full. Kieran actually stuck to it too and only ordered rice and his main. Normally he'll get that, onion bhaji and mushroom bhaji. It was a revelation for him realising he can enjoy a takeaway without feeling disabled after :giggle:
Yesterday we went to Oxford for the evening for yes, another gig (3 this week, I am deaf!) and did well again. We made the spicy beef and red pepper stew from the All In One book which was a lovely filling lunch. I wasvery hungry by the time we were travelling home so I had to grab something from the train station so got some sushi
Making another new recipe tonight - the bacon and spinach fusilli from the new EE Express book so looking forward to that. Going swimming tonight too, I just cannot get into the gym, its SO boring!
Monday EE Day:
Breakfast:
35g Coco Shreddies with skimmed milk (part HEX A)
Banana
2x tea with rest of milk (part HEX A) and sweetener
Lunch:
Leftover spicy beef and pepper stew - chopped toms (S), peppers (S), onions (S)
Salad (S) and cucumber (S)
Apple (S)
Mullerlight vanilla yog
Dinner:
Bacon and spinach (S) fusilli with added onions (S) and mushrooms (S)
Salad leaves (S) and cucumber (S)
Other:
Mini choc party rings (5.5)
Asda skips (4.5)
