Oh dear, I've heard they aren't pleasent! Squishy squashy!

I've got haddock and think I'll just oven bake and serve with green beans and butter. Hungry now but have spin, so I'm holding off!

Morning all, woke up feeling bit low today but you lovely people have cheered me up, thank you x
Oh dear hp , that is the one drawback with fish, still it sounded bloomin' tasty !!

Had Greek yogurt, handful blueberries and 25g of Atkins muesli, I do love the crunch!
Should be another sunny day, so enjoy it wherever you are, love to everyone x

Afternoon all been on a lovely 4 mile walk along canal in the sunshine, really perked me up

You are right there coffee, it didn't half hurt, hopefully won't need another for 3 years!

Can anyone tell me what marmite cheddar bites are and where can I get some?

They are, divine my sweet! It's like cheddar and marmite mixed up and then squashed into a round shape. You get them in the cheese isle.....think tesco do them, my asda doesn't.
