Hi all, in my salmon salad I added a bit of Boursin cheese, it was scrummy, tempted to lick plate but was at my desk in office and thought better of it, ( would have if I had been at home!!!

I don't have it pink, I like it well cooked all the way through and I like it well seasoned.

I cook it in olive oil with chopped spring onion, garlic, bit of chopped pepper, season with fish seasoning and black pepper. Sometimes I add double cream at the end just to give a rich creamy texture

Quorn sausages for tea tonight sliced and cooked in olive oil with spring onions, garlic and cabbage, yummy!

If your craving a burger taste, Sainsbury's 'love soya burgers are really good. x

LOL i love canned tuna but can't always manage fresh (allergic to most fish here) - but that recipe does sound delicious

Ooh might try those love soya burgers, too. I hate burgers I've cooked myself, only eat veggie ones at home, and the sainsbo ones look lower carb than my usual quorn sizzling.

Have you tried sainsburys meat free hotdogs? My fave veggie hotdogs for sure.

I love the hot dogs haven't had them in ages, not sure how many carbs they have?

2.3 per hot dog. They're quite little things I know but worth the occasional splurge for me.
