Evening all
Hope everyone is well, work so hectic at moment I have been coming home shattered so haven't been on very much.
Poured with rain all day today so much for longest day of the year, comforting thought that the nights are starting to draw in!!
B mushroom and cheese omelette with spinach
L salad with hard boiled egg and mayo
D aubergine and courgette curry
S celery stick with peanut butter
Friday tomorrow yay!

Evening all, hope everyone is well, just taken son to his prom, quite emotional seeing him with his mates looking so grown up and handsome, doesn't seem two minutes since they were 11 and starting senior school!

Morning all, 28 day of shred done, nearly there!
Son had wonderful time at prom, they all looked so wonderful, oh to be 16 again!
Scrambled eggs and veggie hot dog sausages for breakfast, not sure what I am having for rest of the day yet !
Raining again, and cold , hope weather is better where you are x

Dinner today
2 quorn fillets, fried mushrooms, and 5 baby carrots, first since Feb
Sf jelly, handful of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with whipped cream , felt very indulgent!
Glass red wine
Lovely to have some fruit

Good morning all, hope everyone survived the football last night!
Shred done, showered and good to go!
Poached eggs for breakfast this morning
Tuna salad for lunch
Not sure about tea tonight. Possibly fish?
Trying to up the water today, have a great day everyone, not speaking loudly but the sun is out at the moment
