Hi Najh, I have lost a total of 8 stone and 3lbs since the 06 of August 2009, I haven't set a goal weight yet but about another 5 or six stone, ill see when I lose that amount if I am happy.

Have to say I really hate marmite.

Hi Najh I kept a few outfits and gave the rest to the charity shops. When I look at the old clothes that I kept, I still can't believe I have lost that much weight, and that I was that big. I feel great and a lot fitter since I have lost the weight and can do a lot more waking then I could before. I still have a bit to go but if I can lose over 8 stone, hopefully I will lose the rest.

love the fact its a bit different each day and you never know whats coming next haha!!!

Hello Im really sad I gained 2.5lbs this time and I stuck to plan 10000000% and did 345 mins of exercise?
Im really wondering whats the point of doing a plan where you gain?

Awww (((((hugs))))) it's just a bump in the road dont give up or you'll be back to square one, we can do this we will have a better week next week!! Have you taken your measurements? You're doing alot of exercise and toning your muscles, which in turn retain water to hydrate themselves. I'll bet that's why you're showing a gain drink plenty of water and halve the amount of exercise your doing this week and see if that makes a difference x x we CAN and WILL do this!! x x

Actually I feel like crying now :sigh: which is stupid as its not the be all end all is it.
You could be right maybe its the exercise I dont prob drink enough and I dont think its the mirenal coil as Ive had that 3 weeks........I will go to Zumba twice and treadmill 3 times and wii just dance twice so thats 4 sessions less? Drink water and have the 21 points a day?

size 102b - dont be disheartned,you are following the plan and doing the exercise so the weight loss will show. as riotgirrrl said it could show in inch loss, have you measured yourself. Please don't give up as you will regret it, you can do this :)
 
We have to carry on if I'd given up back when I started sts I'd have regained a stone by now. Don't let the nasty old scales get you down, bet we kick the scales ass next time!!

Still feeling sad and missing Jack but he'll be back on Friday yay!!!
 
hello team lost 6 pound at WI , so now lost 5 stone very happy

morning to all the team hope everyone is ok this morning , riot and 102 dont worry you are both doing great and a inspiration to others , i agree with riot that measurements are important so dont worry xxx , try and be positive and look at how well you have done so far your are both stars xxx
 
mmmm thanks for the kind words but dont feel like ww is really working now I lost 1/2lb 2 weeks agao and gained 2.5lbs this week and have wwered 100% and exercised? I may calorie count for a while I wont stop trying to lose weight but for some reason ww isnt really working in 4 weeks Ive lost just 3.5lbs and have 5 stone to lose to top healthy bmi 24.9,I wouldnt mond if I only had 2 stone to go and didnt exercise but Im still heavy and exercise 6 days a week......
