Sleepymums First-Ever Diary: Please help!

Just back from an hour treking in the woods!! Weather was nice so taught I should make the most of it.
Climbed, jogged and ran after my little lad.
Came home a sweaty mess, but it was loads of fun!!
 
You will get back into it fit4hols and hopefully this week will be a good one.

So today has been an utter disaster.
Way over on syns!!

Not sure whats going on but just not making good choices at all.

Tomorrows a new day and a new start.....
Need a good kick up the a** today.
Dont want to get into a cycle of putting on one week and then loosing it the following week..
Just have to think that I am doing this to be healthy for my little lad...

At least you have acknowledged that you have been bad, and are determined to get back on the road tomorrow!! One day at a time, step by step it is all we can do!!! So brand new day tomorrow!! This will all be history tomorrow xx

So had a red day and feel like I ate loads!!!

Breakfast:
Salmon, scrambled egg and cheese!! Slice of wholemeal bread

Snacks:
Apple and strawberries

Lunch:
Ham salad
Orange

Dinner:
2 ww sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms

Snack:
2 alpen lights, 3 ginger nuts

Hexa: Milk and cheese
Hexb: Alpen lights and bread
Syns: 7

Got in cross trainer, didnt last for long as knackered from work!!

Do me a favour and throw me a bit of inspiration to get my butt of this couch! Between you, Zoe & Shrimpy I feel like a right lard arse couch potato!

Sleepymum you are doing so so well. Food today looks good, I often eat this much or more lol so never worry!!

Today was another red day, much the same as yesterday!
Total of 12 syns

Had a sneaky peak on scales and its a sts. Think I would be ok with that!!

Only got 15 mins on cross trainer, but plan on going to woods tomorrow if weather is good. Hopefully will get in an hour treking and climbing.

Feeling very tired today. Not sure why but no energy today.
Need to increase water intake big time this week...At work I have no problems (prob cause it gets me away from my desk lol), but at home I get hard to drink my water......
