Slendertone (& some eye candy for the ladies)

I've dug out my slendertone belt & strapped it on & boy have I forgotten how it works you

I've not had it on since my pancreatitis & my gall bladder removal op but should be OK now....

I can highly recommend it as a toner / fat shifter
