Yer some of them are but some are synned so go shopping with a list, although to be fair the highest syned one is the creamy cheese which only 3 syns, and delicious by the way. X
Got got back, last 0.5, wish it was more but half a pound a week would still up to 26lbs a year. Still feel incredibly bloated, gotta try harder next week x
0.5 is better than nothing so well done! Yeah you need to think about it in the long term thats whats spurring me on at the mo seen as though things are going so slowly for me!
Dinner/ tea
Roast beef, carrots, parsnip, new potatoes, broccoli, 2 Yorker puds, small bit of gravy.
( hubby cooked so I allowed for extra syns as he never offers)
Bananas and sweetener
Gonna have a muller Greek and blueberries in a bit x
Stayed the same this week, but disappointed but could have been a gain. Hopefully the snow will be cleared tomorrow so u can finally get back down the gym
Half on this week, really gotta focus this week and have more will power.
Gotta try get some more superfree in this week and stop eating once I'm full. Got 10 weeks of my countdown left, if I haven't lost 7/8 pounds in that time I think I'm gonna quit
