I find that if I stop looking at how far I've got to go and start looking how far I've already come it makes each day easier and makes me keep on trackdo this today as a new start for me tomorrow as been of plan for a few days but need to realise that changes anit gonna happen over night but I will get there in the end everyone has there ups and down there good days and bad days or weeks in my case but we WILL all get there tiny steps forward are better then no steps forward as long as we're trying then we will yeah ours goals one day!

I've been trying out a few new recipes recently - now, they are all from my old ww books with old point calculations but some of them were really yummy so the pp would need to be calculated.
Where do you think would be the best place for us to share them together and other yummy food discoveries - don't want to clog up this thread.
1 stone by 7th may, 2 weeks in and lost 5lb
Need to loose some flab for holiday. However another 2.5 stones to after that x
