Another fab loss1lb for me!
Best thing is to carry on following the plan as you have been. Even if you are not weighing or losing, at least you have not gained and maintained your weight. On the other hand you might have a good surprise and lose some weight.My hypothyroid meds did need to be increased. This is only day 2 and supposedly it takes 2-6 weeks to see a difference in fatigue (and presumably weight loss), so on one hand I'm glad to know what the problem is, on the other hand, I've been trying to lose weight since March and don't really feeling have to weight another month just to start seeing some progress. And even worse, part of my brain is saying, oh, well you can't lose weight for 2-6 weeks, you may as well eat what you want. And the other part is screaming, just because you can't lose weight doesn't mean you can't gain!!!
Ugh.
