Just checking in to say I'm still here but my weight is not moving. It apparently really likes 164-165. I have hypothyroidism and just had my bloodwork rechecked last week (still waiting on the results) to see if my meds needs to be increased. My eating has been on track but exercise is rather sporadic. I went ahead and dyed my hair (it was supposed to be a reward for getting out of the 160's) in the hopes that liking how it looks will motivate me to workout more. But I've been really fatigued this week. Not sure if it's thyroid or staying up late doing homework, lol.

2lbs off for me this week, I’ve now lost 7st! I was trying so hard to get 4lb off this week, I was a pound lighter yesterday and thought there was a slim chance but after a crap nights sleep I went up a pound🤦🏻‍♀️ Oh well, I’m aiming for 4lb off for Monday. Hope we all have a great week x

STS for me this week which is fine. I have been working hard in the garden in the heat so hopefully see the result of it next week by weight coming off.

This is only day 2 and supposedly it takes 2-6 weeks to see a difference in fatigue (and presumably weight loss), so on one hand I'm glad to know what the problem is, on the other hand, I've been trying to lose weight since March and don't really feeling have to weight another month just to start seeing some progress. And even worse, part of my brain is saying, oh, well you can't lose weight for 2-6 weeks, you may as well eat what you want. And the other part is screaming, just because you can't lose weight doesn't mean you can't gain!!!

Ugh.

Best thing is to carry on following the plan as you have been. Even if you are not weighing or losing, at least you have not gained and maintained your weight. On the other hand you might have a good surprise and lose some weight.
Our brain is a funny thing and how it likes to test us out and trick us from time to time - or is that our ego trying to trick us.
